(I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8 of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 (XVII of 2002), the Authority, in supersession of its notification No.S.R.O.01(I)/2013, dated 1st January, 2013, S.R.O. 737 (I)/2013, dated 23rd August, 2013 and S.R.O.726(I)/2015, dated 30th July, 2015 is pleased to notify the sale prices and minimum charges specified in schedule below, for the purposes of the said Ordinance, in respect of natural gas sold by the following companies to various categories of their retail consumers with effect from 1st September, 2015, namely:SCHEDULE

(iii) Pak-Arab Fertilizer Limited, Multan: Sale price: All off-takes at the flat rate of (a) Rs. 200.00 per MMBTU for gas used as feed-stock; and (b)
Rs. 600.00 per MMBTU for gas used as fuel for generation of electricity,
steam and for usage of housing colonies. (iv) Pak-China Fertilizer Limited, Haripur: Sale price: All off-takes at the flat rate of (a)
