10.3 PARC FERMÉ: Following the technical scrutineering, each vehicle mustn’t be set in Parc Ferme! 10.4 NECESSARY CONDITIONS: - All rally panels, competition numbers and advertising panels must be fitted properly to the required places. - Gps devices and Tracking systems fitted, in working condition. - Needed to be presented all the personal security equipment, such as helmets,fire-resistant clothing, gloves, FHR, fire resistant bottom etc. 10.5 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Everyone is obliged to use a GPS tracking systemfor vehicles and SaWatos equipment.Competitors must hire them before the Administrative Check. 11. SUPERSPECIAL STAGE Not be held in NISSAN - INTERSPAR Cup!!! 12. START OF THE EVENT 12.1 PARC FERME BEFORE THE OFFICIAL START: Will not be developed! Each competitor is waiting in their service area, and the daily start of stage ie 1 normally occurs on the time indicated on the timecard. 13.2 TIME CARD PROVIDING/EXCHANGES The timecard will be issued to the competitors on the briefing, which must be given back at the finish of the day. There is a change of timecard at TC6 and TC10. 13.3 LIMITED TIME DELAY Delays between two time monitoring stations as well as the delay of the day- is limited to 30 minutes. Exceeding this time, competitors will be excluded from the race. 13.4 FIXED PENALTY Those competitors who get fixed penalties on Saturday and Sunday can revert to the raceaccording to the Programme- until the first vehicle's planned time, in compliance with the other rules described in the TROB rule book. 13.5 EARLY CHECK IN AT THE END OF LEG: In case of early arrival at the end of Leg to the Parc Ferme Finish, time controls will be not penalized. 13.6 PARC FERMÉ: The director will create Parc-Fermé only after the finish of the day's stages, which will be dissolved after the prize giving ceremony. 14.2 OTHER: Washing and refuelling in the service park area is prohibited! Only vehicles with service plate will be allowed in the service area. The accompanying respectively team leadership cars can buy a sticker for 5000,-HUF at the administrative check which entitles them into the service area. A min. 5x4 m protective canvas is required under each competing car in the service area. Every service team must ensure not to leave any pollutant on the site after completion of their activity. This and the existence of a protective canvas will be controlled by the marshals and scrutineers! Using a min 5x4m protector canvas under the racing vehicles is mandatory. Each service team has to ensure that after carrying out their activities on the site, they do not leave any pollutants.They will be checked by the technical supervisors, and not complying will entail a 20.000FT fine. 15.
