Having trouble to register?
When you click the “Register” link in the PC-Topp newsletter or in a PC-Topp webinar invitation an EFI registration page will open in your browser. This page displays in German at first but you can easily switch it to your preferred language by following the simple steps explained below.
I.
Select your preferred language and time zone
If you need to change the language of the registration page, click the language settings link (which is initially set to “Deutsch”, i.e. German) in the upper right corner of the page.
If you are comfortable with German you can press the “Registrieren” button in the bottom of the page and proceed to paragraph II, page 3 of this document. (If you can’t find the “Registrieren” button either scroll down further or enlarge your browser window.)

After having clicked the “Deutsch” link, you’ll be taken to a page called “Einstellungen” (i.e. settings). 1.
Select your preferred language,

Select your time zone (so the webinar starting time is shown correctly).
3.
The “Speichern” button (i.e. Save) will take you back to the registration page which will now displayed in the language you selected.

A confirmation page will then open, informing you that “Your registration information was sent to the host. After the host accepts your registration, you will receive a confirmation email message that contains detailed information about joining the event.”
Clicking the “Done” button will take you back to the webinar registration main page.

Here you will now find the information that you have registered for the event.
Check your e-mail inbox
After you have finished your registration you will get two confirmation e-mails from the EFI webinar hosting system.
Please make sure you receive those e-mails because they contain important information!
If they fail to arrive, please check your spam folder for e-mails from
[email protected]
The system will send you 1.
A confirmation that your registration has been received This is just to let you know the registration process has worked.
2.
A conformation that your registration has been accepted This e-mail contains information that you will need to log into the webinar so please make sure not to delete it.
