MEMBERS MANUAL Objective The objective of this user manual is to assist and facilitate the users to use the system. Objektif manual pengguna ini adalah untuk membantu dan memudahkan pengguna untuk menggunakan sistem. How to access the system The system is web-based and can be reached via the existing browser on your computer or your mobile phone. Users require the following browsers: - Internet Explorer 8.0 - 9.0 / Mozilla Firefox 6 / Google Chrome with a resolution of 600 x 800 pixels

Bagaimana untuk mengakses sistem Sistem ini adalah berasaskan web dan boleh dicapai melalui browser sedia ada di dalam computer atau telefon bimbit anda. Pengguna memerlukan pelayar berikut: - Internet Explorer 8.0 - 9.0 / Mozilla Firefox 6 / Google Chrome dengan resolusi 600 x 800 pixel

Type the URL address http://www.livingactivegenius.com/ and click on to the “member”. Taip alamat URL http://www.livingactivegenius.com/ dan klik pada “member”.

Fill in the required information to access the system Masukkan maklumat yang diperlukan untuk mengakses sistem

Once login, you will be in the profile page. This page will display the summary of the member profile. Click on ‘Personal Info’ to view the full details. (a) shows the maintain status of the current month. To receive the monthly bonus, members have to make a maintain of 100 BV each month. (b) Refers to the SMS (Short Message Service) Notification which can be set to the members’ preference either to receive or not to receive any notification. Members can also set the automaintain by choosing either the product worth RM 190.80 or worth RM260.00. Click on ‘Personal Info’ for more full profile information. Setelah daftar masuk, anda akan berada di halaman profil. Halaman ini akan memaparkan profil ahli secara ringkas. Untuk melihat maklumat terperinci profil, klik ‘Personal Info’. (a) menunjukkan mengekalkan status bulan semasa. Untuk menerima bonus bulanan, ahli perlu membuat maintain bulanan sebanyak 100 BV setiap bulan. (b) merujuk kepada SMS (Short Message Service) Notification yang mana ia adalah sistem yang memaklumkan yang mana boleh sedia keutamaan anggota salah satu menerima atau untuk tidak menerima sebarang makluman. Ahli boleh menetapkan automaintain dengan memilih sama ada produk yang bernilai RM 190.80 atau RM260.00.

PERSONAL INFO

Once you click on ”Personal Info”, the system will automatically display the full profile details. In this page, you can edit your profile, change password and print. Please refer to the steps below: a) b) c)

Edit Profil – click ‘Edit Profile’ to change or fill in the profile data Change Profile – click ‘Change Password’ to change your password Print – click ‘Print’ to print your profile information

Sebaik sahaja anda klik pada ”Personal Info”, sistem secara automatik akan memaparkan maklumat penuh profil. Di halaman ini, anda boleh mengedit profil, tukar kata laluan dan cetak. Sila rujuk pada langkah-langkah di bawah: a) b) c)

Mengedit Profil – klik ‘Edit Profile’ untuk mengubah atau mengisi maklumat profil Tukar kata laluan – klik ‘Change Password’ untuk menukar password anda Cetak – klik ‘Print’ untuk mencetak maklumat profil

UPDATE PROFILE / KEMASKINI PROFIL

To edit the member’s profile, please refer to the notes below: a) Please be inform that the following information can’t be change without the company approval. b) After the information is fill correctly an accurate, click ‘UPDATE’ to save the latest information. Untuk mengemaskini maklumat ahli, sila rujuk nota dibawah: a) Sila ambil maklum bahawa, maklumat berikut tidak boleh diubah tanpa kebenaran syarikat b) Setelah maklumat yang diisi dengan betul dan tepat, klik ‘UPDATE’ untuk menyimpan maklumat terkini.

CHANGE PASSWORD / TUKAR KATA LALUAN

Notes: Under no circumstances and reasons, the passwords should be protected and should not be shared with anyone else; the user must change the password when suspected leakage or compromised passwords. Passwords should have at least six (6) characters / letters with a combination of letters and numbers (alphanumeric) and special characters; password should be remembered and cannot be recorded, stored or disclosed.

Halaman ini membenarkan ahli untuk menukar Kata Laluan yang digunakan ketika Log Masuk ke dalam sistem ini. Berikut adalah langkah-langkah untuk menukar kata laluan : a) Sila masukkan kata laluan lama dan kata laluan baru ke dalam kotak input yang disediakan. b) Klik ‘Update’ untuk menyimpan kata laluan ini. Nota: Dalam apa jua keadaan dan sebab, kata laluan hendaklah dilindungi dan tidak boleh dikongsi dengan sesiapa; pengguna hendaklah menukar kata laluan apabila disyaki berlakunya kebocoran kata laluan atau dikompromi. Kata laluan hendaklah mempunyai saiz sekurang-kurangnya enam (6) karakter/aksara. dengan gabungan antara huruf dan nombor (alphanumerik) serta aksara khusus; kata laluan hendaklah diingat dan tidak boleh dicatat, disimpan atau didedahkan dengan apa cara sekalipun.

REGISTRATION / PENDAFTARAN For the purpose of new registration, click on to “registration” Untuk tujuan Pra-pendaftaran ahli baru, sila klik pada “registration”

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION a) Select the package you wish to register b) Fill in the introducer’s ‘username’ (Please ensure the ‘username’ is correct) c) Fill in the required information d) Fill in the ‘username’ and click “verify username” to check either the “username” is available or not. e) Once completed, click “Submit" confirm the information given. Note : Fields marked with asterisks (*) are compulsory.

ARAHAN UNTUK PENDAFTARAN a) Pilih pakej yang ingin didaftarkan b) Isikan ‘username introducer’ (pastikan ‘username’ adalah tepat) c) Isikan maklumat-maklumat yang diperlukan d) Isikan ‘username’ dan tekan butang ‘verify username’ untuk mengetahui samada ‘username’ yang dipilih boleh digunapakai atau tidak. e) Sebagai sahaja selesai, klik " Submit" dan sahkan maklumat yang diberikan. Nota: Ruangan yang bertanda asterisk (*) adalah wajib.

SPONSOR BONUS (BONUS PENAJAAN)

Sponsor bonus is paid directly to the sponsor after the downline account been activated Bonus penajaan dibayar terus kepada penaja setelah akaun downline diaktifkan MATCHING BONUS

The bonus is given to member with sponsored member that receive Matching Bonus. Bonus ini diberikan kepada ahli yang mempunyai ahli dibawah tajaan yang mendapat Bonus Matching.

BONUS NETWORK (PAIRING BONUS)

The network bonus calculation is calculated through every lot total that could be paired. ‘Daily Capping Rate’ means that the network payment bonus will be paid a totalled of 50% from BV total on that day Note: The system will calculate the bonus every day (after 12.00 pm local time, GMT +8.00) If the bonus exceeded the budget of the company, the DCR system will automatically operates and calculate the bonus based on prorate. Pengiraan bonus pasangan dikira melalui setiap jumlah lot yang boleh dipasangkan.‘Daily Capping Rate’ bermaksud permbayaran network bonus akan dibayar sebanyak 50% daripada jumlah BV pada hari tersebut. Nota : Sistem akan mengira bonus setiap hari (selepas jam 12.00 malam waktu tempatan, GMT +8.00) Sekiranya bonus melebihi bajet syarikat, sistem DCR akan berfungsi secara automatik dan mengira bonus berdasarkan prorate.

UNILEVEL

This bonus only eligible by members which make a personal package purchase which contain BV/PV value. Bonus ini hanya layak diterima oleh ahli yang membuat pembelian peribadi pakej produk yang mengandungi nilai BV/PV.

CTO SALES (COMPANY TURN OVER)

5% from the company monthly sales will allotted CTO bonus sales to members which maintain of total which exceed 100BV in one month. 5% daripada hasil jualan bulanan syarikat akan diperutukan untuk bonus CTO jualan kepada ahli yang membuat lebihan maintainan iaitu melebihi 100 BV dalam masa sebulan.

CTO SPONSOR

5% from the company monthly sales will allotted CTO sponsor bonus for members which exceeded 20 sponsor. 5% daripada hasil jualan bulanan syarikat akan diperuntukan untuk bonus CTO sponsor kepada ahli yang membuat lebihan tajaan iaitu melebihi 20 tajaan.

UNILEVEL STOCKIST

Stockist can make an overriding 1% from the downline who make a BV sales. Bonus are paid up to two generations which is first generation and second generation. Stokis boleh membuat overriding 1% daripada stokis bawahan yang membuat jualan BV. Bonus ini akan dibayar sehingga 2 generasi iaitu generasi pertama dan generasi kedua

HIERARCHY

Hierarchy is a structure of an organisation in which members are ranked one above another according to their status. “Hierarchy” ialah struktur sesebuah organisasi di mana kedudukan ahli disusun diatas satu sama lain berdasarkan status.

PLACEMENT

This section will display the list of downline in your network with details of each member. The details include the amount of cash wallet and BV. To register a new downline/member, click on the specific name. The system will automatically display the page below.

Bahagian ini akan memaparkan senarai downline dalam rangkaian anda dengan maklumat setiap ahli termasuk jumlah cash wallet dan BV. Untuk mendaftar downline / ahli baru, klik pada nama tertentu. Sistem secara automatik akan memaparkan halaman di bawah.

For the purpose of new registration, click on to “registration”. For more details on the registration, please refer to page 7. Untuk tujuan Pra-pendaftaran ahli baru, sila klik pada “registration”. Untuk maklumat lanjut mengenai pendaftaran, sila rujuk ke halaman 7. PROSPECT

“Prospect” is a list of name provided by members. The names listed are those who are potential in being a new member of LA Genius Sdn Bhd. “Prospect” adalah senarai nama yang disediakan oleh ahli . Nama yang tersenarai adalah nama bagi mereka yang berpontesi untuk menjadi ahli baru LA Genius Sdn Bhd.

E-WALLET

‘E-Wallet’ is divided into 6 categories which enables members to view every transaction in the account. ‘E-Wallet’ terbahagi kepada 6 kategori yang membolehkan ahli melihat setiap transaksi dalam akaun.

C-WALLET (CASH WALLET)

‘Cash Wallet’ can also be used to transfer directly to member through this system. ‘Cash Wallet’ can also be used to purchase product or to get cash directly from the stockist through this system ‘Cash Wallet’ juga boleh digunakan untuk pembelian produk atau untuk mendapatkan tunai secara terus daripada stokis melalui sistem ini. ‘Cash Wallet’ juga boleh digunakan untuk pemindahan tunai secara terus kepada ahli melalui sistem ini. STATEMENT Statement refers to the income statement for every transaction in C-Wallet. 80% from the bonus will be credited into C-Wallet and 20% will credited in M-Wallet. Statement merujuk kepada penyata pendapatan bagi setiap transaksi dalam C-Wallet. 80% daripada bonus akan dimasukkan ke dalam C-Wallet dan 20% akan dimasukkan ke dalam M-Wallet.

TRANSFER TO STOCKIST

Cash Wallet can be transferred to stockist by clicking on to the “transfer to stockist”. In this section, you are required to fill the following details which are the Stockist Code, amount of transfer and remarks. After filling up the required details click on “verify”. Once verified, you will need a TAC Code to complete your transaction. Press on ‘Get TAC” to receive a TAC number. Once you have received the TAC number from your mobile set, key in the number in the TAC column and confirm the transaction by clicking on to the “Transfer” button. Note: The minimum Cash Wallet transfer is RM 1.00 and the Cash Wallet balance cannot less than RM 10.00. Cash Wallet dapat dipindahkan ke stokis dengan klik pada untuk “transfer to stockist”. Di bahagian ini, anda dikehendaki untuk mengisi maklumat berikut seperti Stockist Code, jumlah pemindahan dan remarks (maklumat pemindahan cash wallet). Selepas mengisi maklumat yang diperlukan klik pada "Verify". Setelah disahkan, anda akan memerlukan Kod TAC untuk melengkapkan transaksi anda. Tekan pada 'Get TAC "untuk menerima beberapa TAC. Sebaik sahaja anda telah menerima nombor TAC dari telefon mudah alih anda, masukkan nombor dalam lajur TAC dan mengesahkan transaksi dengan klik pada butang “Transfer”. Nota: Minimum Cash Wallet yang boleh dipindahkan ialah RM 1.00 dan baki Cash Wallet tidak boleh kurang daripada RM 10.00.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER MEMBER

To Transfer Cash Wallet to another member, it required the same steps as Transfer to Stockist. Pemindahan Wallet tunai kepada ahli lain, ia memerlukan langkah yang sama seperti pemindahan kepada Stokis.

BANK-IN NOTIFICATION

M-WALLET (Maintain Wallet)

‘Statement’ refers to bonus income statement for every transaction in cash wallet. ‘M-Wallet’ used to maintain the account every month and also enabled member to purchase merchandise product from the company. ‘Statement’ merujuk kepada penyata pendapatan bonus bagi setiap transaksi dalam cash wallet. ‘MWallet’ digunakan untuk maintain akaun pada setiap bulan dan juga membolehkan ahli untuk membeli produk merchandise dari pihak syarikat.

TRANSFER TO COMPANY

‘Transfer to Company’ is used in the purchasing of merchandise product or payment carried out for the purpose of the company program. ‘Transfer to Company’ digunakan dalam proses pembelian produk merchandise atau pembayaran yang dilakukan bagi tujuan program dari pihak syarikat.

V-POINT (Voucher Point)

‘V-Point’ is a bonus point for each bonus network which occurred. For example, 1 network bonus which occurred will get 10 V-Point for each sales by new members. V-Point can be convertible with product without BV value and purchase merchandise. The V-Point reward points is equivalent to RM0.15sen Example: 30.00 X RM0.15= RM4.50

‘V-Point’ merupakan mata ganjaran bagi setiap bonus pasangan yang berlaku. Sebagai contoh, 1 bonus pasangan yang berlaku akan mendapat 10 V-Point jualan baru ahli. V-Point boleh ditukar dengan produk yang tanpa nilai BV dan pembelian merchandise. Nilai mata ganjaran V-Point adalah bersamaan dengan RM0.15sen Contoh : 30.00 X RM0.15= RM4.50

TRANSFER TO COMPANY

‘Transfer to company‘ is used in the reward point’s redemption process for certain product depends on the company promotion ‘Transfer to company‘ digunakan dalam proses penebusan mata ganjaran untuk produk tertentu bergantung kepada promosi pihak syarikat

WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw the money from 'Cash Wallet‘, it can be transferred into your bank account and every transaction requires a number of TAC. Please refer to the conditions that have been set. "Auto withdrawal status" is an instruction either the bonus will deposited directly into your bank account every week or not. You can also view all the withdrawal history that’s been made in the ‘Withdrawal History’ section. Untuk pengeluaran wang dari ‘Cash Wallet’, wang boleh dipindahkan kedalam akaun bank sendiri. Setiap transaksi memerlukan nombor TAC. Sila rujuk pada syarat-syarat yang telah ditetapkan. “Auto withdrawal status” adalah arahan untuk pilihan semaada bonus akan dimasukkan terus kedalam akaun bank setiap hari isnin atau tidak. Autowithdraw akan ditarik melalui Cash Wallet. Untuk melihat pengeluaran yang telah dilakukan, anda boleh rujuk pada ‘Withdrawal History’

PURCHASE

This section will provide you details on all transaction. Halaman ini akan menyenaraikan semua transaksi yang telah dilakukan. MAC HISTORY

This section will display the MAC code and also the total amount of each transaction which occurred. Halaman ini akan menyenaraikan MAC kod dan juga jumlah amaun pada setiap transaksi yang berlaku.
