You must put the signs out for them to work! You’ll never buy a house from a sign that’s still in the box. You can put them out yourself or pay someone else to do it for you. We pay $0.75 per sign for someone to nail the sign (already on the stake) into the ground. We put them on wooden stakes, which you can buy at Home Depot (about $15.00/bundle), and use small roofing nails with plastic caps to attach them to the stakes. What size will the signs be? 18”x24”(you a get quantity of 100) or 12”x18” (you get a quantity of 200)
What are the signs made from? Corrugated Plastic
What is the most popular color? Consistently, the yellow sign with black letters is the most popular. However, we use white signs with blue letters. If you are advertising where several other signs are going to be, everyone uses yellow/black so the white/blue will stand out. !
Which is the best sign to use? This will depend on what you want to buy. We use “Sell Your House in 9 Days” when we want to buy Pretty Houses. For Ugly houses or “Junkers” we use the ones that say “Fast Cash” or “Any Condition”. !
Will my sign order come with wooden stakes? NO, but you can buy stakes at your local hardware store. We buy ours at Home Depot. They come in bundles, and are approximately 3 feet high and about 1 inch thick. We use 3 roofing nails with plastic washers (also available at Home Depot) to attach the signs to the stakes. !
I don’t want to use the stakes because I use the metal stands…is this a problem? No, just be sure to let us know when you place your order. We would normally cut our signs with the flutes running horizontally to keep them from bending when the wind blows but we can cut them so the flutes are vertical to fit metal holders. !

Can I get a quantity of 50 of 1 sign and 50 of another sign? Or can I get a quantity of 50 with one phone number and 50 with another phone number? NO, our discounted price is based on lots of 100 identical signs.
I want to order a sign that is different (or custom). Is this possible? Yes, we can make a sign for you that is not on our order sheet, however there is a set up fee of $50.00. !

How much is shipping? $25.00 per order of 100 signs.
How long will it take to get my sign order? We always say 2 weeks, but you will usually get them in 7-10 days.
Can I get my order shipped “overnight” to me? Unfortunately, we are unable to send orders “overnight”.
What about “fines” for putting up these signs. I have heard so many stories about this. Every area is different. Most areas may have laws against putting signs up, but do they enforce them? Some areas do and some areas do not. For example, there are sign ordinances in Houston, and we put out about 100 signs weekly. We have not been fined in 11 years! If you are unsure about your area, we recommend that you call some of the other people who are putting out signs. People advertising “weight loss” or “Satellite Dishes” (not other Investors…. they may not want to “share” with you). Ask them if they have had any problems. We look at it like this: With the profit margin in the $15,000-$30,000 per house range, loss of signs or fines are a cost of doing business. !
