KSATO series industrial facilities complex automation system low-voltage switchgears designed to operate currents up to 4000 A – UVRU This type of low-voltage switchgears is designed for input and distribution of electric power and for electric motors control. UVRU switchgears are assembled in metal

KSATO series switchgears (RTZO-88 type) These switchgears are designed for input and distribution of electric power and electric drives control in circuits with a solidly grounded neutral operating up to 1000 V, for control, signaling and equipment protection. Output lines are equipped with short-circuit protection devices designed for a nominal current load of up to 630 A and total supply current of up to 4000 A. Switchgears are classified by the following criteria: - construction; - installation location; - transportability; - protection class; - screening; - components mounting type (e.g. fixed or dismountable); - operators protection; - internal partitioning type; - units electric interconnection. KSATO series switchgears can use either solidly fixed or dismountable units (retractable or plug-in) which house power handling and control equipment. That is achieved by application of the Prisma Plus design principle: all the equipment is located on dismountable circuit boards that are installed on vertical mounting rails by means of clamps. Maintenance or upgrade can be carried out without power supply disconnection that allows uninterrupted operation in any conditions.

Blocks are divided in the following categories according to the connection type: A – retractable. A block is connected to output cables and to switchgear power bus by means of connectors; B – plug-in. A block is connected to switchgear power bus with connectors and to output cables with a dismountable plug-socket connection with a socket installed on a block; C – fixed. A block is connected to switchgear power bus and to output cables by terminal clamps.

Switchgears employing retractable or plug-in modules have a number of advantages: - easy and safe to upgrade, add or replace blocks; - easy to assemble. Dismountable circuit boards are easy to install from the front side of a cabinet using clamp connection that allows to avoid any intermediary connections and thus to provide quality and reliability of electrical contacts. - optimization of equipment allocation. Dismountable circuit boards height is pretty much suitable for installation of three-pole and four-pole equipment. Control wires are located inside functional blocks which allows to optimize space utilization in the process of equipment installation.

PR8503, PR11 distribution devices (UVRU-Y-22) UVRU-Y-22 switchgears are designed for electric power distribution and electric units protection from short circuits and overloads, for infrequent routing switchings of lighting circuits, for protection of AC three-phase 380/220V 50Hz lighting networks from overloads and short circuits. VRU8-2N (UVRU-Y-42) input and distribution switchgears UVRU-Y-42 switchgears are designed for input and distribution of 380/220V 50 Hz three-phase alternating current in power networks with a solid-ground neutral and for power lines protection from short circuits and overloads. Residual current circuit breakers can be installed in order to provide protection from electric shock caused by touching energized open wiring or electric equipment and to prevent combustion caused by long-term flow of drain current and occurrence of short circuits current caused by it. Wires inlets and outlets are located on top and at the bottom of a case and closed with covers. Maximal section of cable cores and maximal cable diameter is determined by switchgear parameters. Technical data Panels are equipped with special fastening elements allowing maintenance accessibility from the front side without panels removing. Switchgears manufactured in accordance with the IP54 protection class can be equipped with gland sealings on demand. Switchgears equipped with input circuit breakers are controlled by means of a manual remote drive installed on the external surface of the panel. Design features Operators protection from touching energized elements is provided by a dummy panel. Switchgear controls are located on its external surface. Neutral and grounding buses are located behind the dummy panel.
Product view
Number of distribution circuit breakers is determined by a customer but it can not exceed the number of modules that can be installed in a panel. In case an input circuit breaker is installed in a panel then the maximal allowed number of modules decreases.

SHOS, SHO (UVRU-Y-62) lighting panels
Lighting panel of each type is equipped with automatic circuit breakers by the number of outgoing group lines.
Panels are classified by: - presence of input circuit breakers; - maximal number and type of distribution circuit breakers (in single-pole version); - installation location (method): hanging (wall-mounted, column-mounted, mounted on a vertical surface); recessed (in a niche).
Panels can be applied in electric networks using any type of grounding: TN-S, TN-S, TN-C-S, TT, IT with any location of neutral and protective conductors providing protection from electric shock in the process of operation.
Major specifications: Nominal operating voltage – 220/380 V. AC frequency – 50 Hz. Nominal conventional short circuit current – 3 KA.

PRP-9 (UVRU-P-31) control panels PRP-9 series panel is an operator workstation designed for control of equipment at power plants and sub-stations. Desk-type control panels house metering equipment, small-size monitors, displays and indicators. Other modifications of PRP-9 panels house monitors. Lifting surface of a panel houses buttons, switches, light indicators, mnemonic diagrams, control system keyboards and other devices. Terminal clamps for AC and DC electric circuits connection are located inside control panels on the side surfaces. Clamps are accessed through a port on the rear side. Cabinet-type panels with metering equipment installed on the front side and terminal clamps located inside the cabinet on the wiring board are also available on demand.

BEZ series (UVRU-P-31(32)) gate valves actuators control panels Gate valves actuator control panels are designed for gate valves and other control and shutoff fitting types actuators control. This type panels connect fitting actuators to switchgears. BEZ series control panels in general industrial use version can be used at combined heat and power plants and other power generating facilities in an indoor environment complying with the II category under GOST 15150-69. BEZ control panels can not be operated in aggressive and volatile environments and in indoor environments containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and fumes in concentration exceeding allowed values as regulated by GOST 12.1005-88. Operating position in space – vertical, mounted on a pole/pipe by means of a pipe junction withstanding 50 N disconnecting force. Allowed inclination - 5° from vertical.

Water intake pump stations control cabinets Major functions: 1. Monitoring of all the process parameters (water level, consumption, muddiness, temperature at the facility, pressure). 2. State monitoring and pumps remote control. 3. Transmission of alarm signals to the central control room. 4. Maintaining set temperature regime at the facility. 5. Receiving control signals from the central control room (pumps remote control). 6. Indication of the following blockings triggering: • pump turning off at reaching set minimal level of water in a well; • pump turning on in case of reaching set maximal level of water in a well. 7. Indication of the following types protection triggering: • thermal protection; • short circuit; • phase control. 8. Pumps start/stop by commands formed on the basis of water level and pressure meters readings. 9. Pumps performance control. 10. Switching of pumps providing water to consumers in emergency mode (limited supply).
11. Water intake control either by means of a local terminal or by means of a terminal in the central control room. 12. Data transfer via Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, radio, GSM (ModBus). 13. Local control panel installed on the front side of the cabinet allows local control and indication of process parameters.
Booster pump stations control cabinet Major functions: 1. Keeping set pressure in incoming pipeline (if water tank is located above ground) or in a water tank (if it is located underground). 2. Indication of the following types protection triggering: • thermal protection; • short circuit; • phase control; • phase interlacing; • dry run alarm; • backup pump start. 3. Monitoring of all the process parameters (pressure before and after the pump, flow metering, temperature inside the cabinet, intrusion alarm). 4. Routine submission of data to the central control room (pumps condition, pipeline pressure, flow rate, temperature at the facility).
5. Receiving control signals from the central control room (pumps remote control). 6. Alarms signals transmission to the central control room. 7. Maintaining set temperature regime at the facility. 8. Implementation of the following blockings: • pump shut down in case of disruption of connection to the central control room for more than 1 hour; • pump start in case of exceeding the set maximal pressure value in the incoming pipeline. 9. Data transfer via Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, radio, GSM (ModBus). 10. Local control panel installed on the front side of the cabinet allows local control and indication of process parameters.

Sewage pump stations control cabinets Major functions: 1. Routine monitoring of the volume of sewage discharge. 2. Automatic start of sewage pumping from a well based on the readings of transducers installed in the well. 3. Remote and local control of equipment installed at a sewage pump station. 4. Monitored parameters logging in an easy for analysis form with a set records storage period. 5. Coagulants and chemicals feed control depending on the volume of water to be treated. 6. Water treatment facilities equipment washing control. 7. Protection of actuators, check valves. 8. Equipment diagnostics; monitoring and metering of treated water volume and water consumption for technical needs; automatic and remote switching of water treatment facilities operation modes. 9.
