Les Miserables Scenic and Props Rental Description Our scenery rental package is a full size theatrical production setting that fits proscenium spaces 40’ to 60’ in width and at least 30’ feet in deep from proscenium (It will take custom work to install set in smaller theatre spaces but there still may be options). Our “Les Miserables” Scenic Package includes many different benefits like a full stage set with a 32’ fully motorized turntable, a full size 7’ x 28’ x 8’ climbable barricade in two pieces, all of the larger props, many smaller props, two overhead followspot balconies, full production set up supervision, dual 3 phase turntable drive system, provided venue floor plan, strike coordination with complete tech and rehearsal supervision by TET personnel. A scene change flow chart and production floor plan paperwork is provided for rehearsal purposes. A pre-show meeting, onsite visit, tech rehearsal assistance, pre-venue evaluation and CAD work to determined actual set fit are all included and required. Venue evaluation is include in rental and provided at no extra charge in case of smaller stages or difficult scenic fit. Four supervising tech staff must travel with show for truck loading/unloading, set up, tech and strike purposes. Each venue will be required to assist us with set construction approximately (5 days) of set up, tech rehearsal(As needed), and strike (3 days) by providing the majority of truck loading, show support, strike and reloading labor. Here are the estimates for requested people needed and purposes: Load in 1st & 2nd Day normally weekend days------------------------------30 to 40 people Set Construction and testing 5 days-------------------------------------------8 to 12 people Tech rehearsals/Show Runs----------------------------------------------------8 to 12 people Strike Day Normally Sunday After Matinee--------------------------------30 to 40 people Remaining 3 strike days--------------------------------------------------------10 to 12 people Load out to both trucks normally Wednesday evening--------------------30 to 40 people For Sunday’s strike following the last performance we request at least three hours of time before a final party or crew release be started.

These are estimates and more people for the large days are always better and appreciated. Allowing this many additional people to be involved only adds to the enthusiasm for the show and fosters great pride of accomplishment and helps with ticket sales. The scope and size of this production is large and it requires time and people support to achieve. If volunteer/parent help is not available then additional TET staff will be required at an additional cost and potentially a longer load in schedule. To our knowledge TET, Inc. has one of the few full size touring production sets with props for “Les Miserable” in the country. This scenic production is really an all inclusive flexible rental with many options, rental lengths and choices that we can offer. Our set is designed and targeted to each of our client’s needs and specific requirements. Most rentals are for 2 to 3 ½ weeks that would include tech and show runs with set up and strike time included within the show rental. The difference a full set provides to this production is immeasurable, and as with all epic productions the visuals provided greatly enhance environment that all the actors can perform their portrayal of these wonderful characters within. A list of set pieces and props provided is listed below; please contact us for each specific production needs and requests.
