In order to identify areas for improvement, a team of seasoned professionals conducts an extensive evaluation of the course facilities, surrounding community, and competition, as well as the existing and prospective customer base. EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT Every JC Resorts manager completes an extensive interview process to identify candidates who clearly embody the company’s commitment to excellence. More than three quarters of the company’s senior and middle managers have tenure of more than five years. GOLF COURSE PROFESSIONALS JC Resorts employs over 700 golf course employees including numerous PGA Class-A professionals and GCSAA registered course superintendents. PERSONNEL TRAINING All personnel are required to attend extensive orientation and training programs to learn operating procedures and guest service philosophy. Training programs emphasize market positioning and unique amenities to create knowledgeable staff. AGRONOMIC PROGRAM Based on environmental, climatic and soil conditions, customized plans for each golf course are devised and administered by professional, on-site certified golf course superintendents, and monitored by key personnel. INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT PROGRAM By utilizing eco-friendly applications, each property receives a tailored program for the long-term prevention or suppression of pests and diseases. Each program uses a combination of techniques including biological control, use of resistant plant varieties, and adoption of horticultural practices to make the habitat less conducive to pest development. PEST CONTROL ADVISER JC Resorts’ Director of Golf Maintenance is a state licensed and certified Pest Control Adviser and is qualified to make written recommendations on pesticide applications that will have minimal-to-no impact on natural and protected habitat sites. PROTECTED HABITAT SITES JC Resorts has extensive experience with environmentally-sensitive land use issues and works closely with state and local agencies to monitor and protect endangered plant and wildlife areas. For example, at Ute Lake Ranch in New Mexico, JC Resorts facilitated the approval process for construction permitting by working with the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission and developing a residual chemical and fertilizer program which prevents lake water contamination. SAFETY PROGRAMS JC Resorts has a comprehensive safety program that provides proper equipment and safety training to prevent and reduce accidents in the workplace. A safety committee identifies and focuses on all potential safety hazards within each department.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Transforming the golf experience

Over the years, JC Resorts has developed and opened new courses, added holes to existing courses, and made other upgrades to continually improve the guest experience. These enhancements were in response to market demand and designed to maximize the profitability of each location. UTE LAKE RANCH In 2008, JC Resorts entered into an agreement with the developer of the Ute Lake Ranch residential community. JC Resorts is responsible for overseeing the construction, opening and management of all recreation facilities, including golf course, clubhouse, cart storage, maintenance facilities, and lakeside marina complex. REIDY CREEK GOLF COURSE In 2001, the City of Escondido engaged JC Resorts to oversee the construction, opening and management of the Reidy Creek Golf Course. JC Resorts provided a guaranteed opening date and successfully opened the course on schedule in July 2002. ENCINITAS RANCH GOLF COURSE The City of Encinitas hired JC Resorts to monitor the design and construction of the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, which opened in March 1998. JC Resorts played an instrumental role in assisting the city with the issuance of tax-free revenue bonds to finance the project. In 2007, JC Resorts constructed a new clubhouse and golf shop, and introduced a new restaurant to accommodate golfers as well as group functions and banquets. TWIN OAKS GOLF COURSE In 1993, JC Resorts completed construction and opened the Twin Oaks Golf Course. JC Resorts handled all development efforts including entitlement, design, and construction management. TEMECULA CREEK INN GOLF COURSE In 1990, JC Resorts completed construction and opened the Stonehouse nine-hole addition at Temecula Creek Inn increasing the holes from 18 to 27. RANCHO BERNARDO INN RESORT COURSE In 1986, JC Resorts teamed with Ted Robinson to enhance the Rancho Bernardo Inn Resort Course, redesign several holes, and add water features on holes 9 and 18. Additional improvements were completed in 1998, when JC Resorts and Schmidt-Curley Design reshaped all 63 bunkers and added a fourth set of tees, to increase the course appeal to golfers of all abilities.

Executive Management Paul Reed | PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER President of BCR Management and JC Resorts, Paul has overall responsibility for all owned and managed properties. Since joining the company in 1986, he has been directly involved in negotiating and structuring commercial real estate transactions, including resort and golf course acquisitions, as well as growing the portfolio of properties under management. As Vice President of Development, Paul was responsible for the company’s development and construction group which successfully completed renovation and expansion projects totaling over $150 million. One of these projects, the Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn, garnered the #1 Resort Spa ranking in North America from Condé Nast Traveler. Paul graduated from Stanford University, B.A. with Distinction, and the University of Berkeley, Boalt Hall, J.D. Blaise Bartell | Vice President of Hotel Operations Blaise Bartell has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel and resort industry. During his fifteen years with JC Resorts, he has served in various capacities, including General Manager of Surf & Sand Resort, a property consistently recognized as one of California’s exceptional oceanfront resorts. Blaise has been integrally involved in design, development, and renovation projects totaling $70 million. In addition, he has been responsible for concept development, construction, and programming of two resort spas and multiple restaurant outlets. Blaise currently chairs the Oceanfront Alliance for South Orange County, a marketing consortium of luxury resorts, and is an active Board Member (former Vice President) of the Laguna Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau. Blaise received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Golf Management JOHN MCNAIR | VICE PRESIDENT OF GOLF OPERATIONS With two decades of experience in the golf industry, John McNair manages all aspects of JC Resorts’ golf operations, course maintenance and food and beverage venues. John is frequently asked to speak on golf operations and marketing topics at the Golf Academy of America, Professional Golfers Career College and Crittenden Golf Management & Development Conferences. Mr. McNair is also integrally involved in golf course development and construction, having played a key role in the construction of both Reidy Creek and Arrowood golf courses. Prior to joining JC Resorts, John worked for Environmental Golf, Inc. as Director of Golf Management where he oversaw six golf properties and 400 employees. John is an active PGA Class A Member and a regular contributor to various golf publications, including PGA and Golf, Inc magazines. He is actively involved in industry-related associations as the Chairman of the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Golf Committee and currently serves on the Southern California PGA Board of Directors. ROBERT DOBEK | DIRECTOR OF GOLF MAINTENANCE Bob Dobek has extensive experience in golf course operations. He was the former president of the San Diego Golf Course Superintendents Association, which has more than 300 members and representatives from more than 95 golf courses in San Diego, Orange and Imperial counties. In 1991 Bob received the “Distinguished Service Award” from the association in recognition of his excellence and leadership in the turf grass industry. In addition to his operations experience, Bob served as the Construction Manager for the Del Mar Country Club, Twin Oaks Golf Course, the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course and Arrowood Golf Course. Prior to joining JC Resorts, he was the General Manager of the Mt. Woodson Golf Course. While at Bowling Green State University, Bob was a member of the hockey team and was the national NCAA scoring champion in 1974. He was also a member of the 1976 US Olympic Hockey Team and played as a professional hockey player for the San Diego Mariners of the World Hockey Association. ERIC JESKA | DIRECTOR OF GOLF OPERATIONS Eric Jeska has over ten years experience in the golf industry and has held various positions with JC Golf, including General Manager for both The Auld Course in Chula Vista and Arrowood Golf Course in Oceanside, since joining the team in 2003. In 2009, Eric took on the role Director of Golf Operations for all JC Golf properties, overseeing golf and food and beverage operations. Mr. Jeska began his golf career as a caddy at Pebble Beach prior to graduating with a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University. From there, Eric worked as a business developer with Valley Crest where he was responsible for landing the company’s largest ever golf course maintenance contract. Eric is an active member of the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA) and serves on the Advisory Board for the Golf Academy of America.

Corporate Support DIANE LI | CHIEF INFORMATION DIRECTOR Diane Li has over 15 years experience in the information technology industry. During her nearly five years with JC Resorts, she has been instrumental in developing strategic vendor relationships to upgrade systems software and standard interfaces, managed a shift in the overall capital and operations IT expenditures and implemented long term IT strategies. Prior to joining JC Resorts, Diane was Director of Information Technology with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Northern California Region. There, she was responsible for managing and implementing Starwood IT infrastructure standards, IT security compliance standards, systems upgrades, support, maintenance and documentation of infrastructure, systems, local and wide-area networks, data center, telecommunication and enduser operations. MELINDA SPECK | CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING Melinda Speck is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality and real estate products. Her strengths are in branding, marketing communications, public relations and establishing strategic partnerships for high end properties. In her nearly 20 years of experience, Melinda has been integrally involved in such projects as the $700 million expansion of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, the opening of boutique hotels such as The Keating in downtown San Diego and the start up of the first National Sales office for Wyndham Hotels in San Jose, California. In addition, Melinda was Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing for W Hotels, managing the West Coast sales and marketing teams and responsible for all new openings from 1997 to 2002. This included 17 projects in such key cities as San Francisco, Chicago, New Orleans and San Diego, and represented top line revenue of over $345 million for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Jocelyn Kraus | CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE Jocelyn Kraus has 18 years of food and beverage experience in luxury 4 and 5 diamond properties with multiple restaurant outlets in addition to large banquet and catering operations in Boston, Arizona, and California. She has extensive experience in developing staff and managers with recognized strengths in food cost savings, budget oversight, hands-on problem solving and delivering exceptional service.J ocelyn was hired in 2014 to oversee a number of F&B Operations within JC Resorts in order to drive sustained competitive revenue growth & provide service leadership excellence. Prior to joining JC Resorts, Jocelyn held positions as Director of Food and Beverage at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and Resort Manager at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. In addition, she participated in Task Force teams for Destination Hotels and Resorts to open Terranea Resort and transition management contracts for Paradise Point Resort, Woodmark Resort and several others.

Financial Support doug higgins | DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Doug Higgins is responsible for the corporate acquisitions & development functions of JC Resorts, including owned acquisitions, third party management, and select development opportunities. Doug is also acting project manager for the redevelopment project at Temecula Creek Inn which includes three residential subdivisions, a hotel room expansion, a conference center and spa. Prior to joining JC Resorts in 2012, Doug was responsible for the design, development, and ongoing asset management of assets in the hospitality division of Sorouh Real Estate PJSC in Abu Dhabi, and for the feasibility and investment analysis of hotels throughout North, Central, and South America for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Beverly Hills. He began his career in hotel appraisal at HVS International. Doug holds a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, an MBA from UC San Diego, and a California Real Estate Broker’s license. HERB CROPSEY | CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT Herb Cropsey has over 20 years experience in hospitality operations and revenue management. During his seven years as Revenue Manager for JC Resorts, Herb has been instrumental in streamlining Central Reservations standard operating procedures, implementation of the revenue management systems for all JC Resorts’ properties and enhancing the revenue analysis and reporting structures. Prior to joining JC Resorts, Herb held various positions with Hilton Hotels, including Director of Revenue Management, Rooms Division Manager and Chief Accountant. Herb has a BS degree in Information Technology and is adept with SynXis, Fidelio/OPERA, Delphi, Breeze, HPMS11, NetRez, Hilstar, RMS-Hilton, Windows, advanced use of Excel, Word, Datapro, ADP and GEAC.
