TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Paradigm Health & Wellness, Inc. warrants the Ironman Infrared Saunas to be free of defects in material and workmanship. 1) Heaters and Wood Structure: 2 Year 2) Workmanship: 2 Year 3) Electrical Components: 6 Months 4) Audio Components: 6 Months This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the sauna and terminates upon transfer of ownership. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. The sauna must be purchased and installed in the United States and Canada within one year of manufactured date. Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This includes freight charges for parts shipped to enable the services of your sauna. This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused, or abused. Such instances shall include operation or maintenance of the sauna different from the published instructions. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner. Paradigm Health & Wellness, Inc. shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CHOOSING A LOCATION: 1. 2.

The sauna room should always be placed on a fairly leveled surface. The sauna room must be placed indoors and in a dry area. Moisture will cause damages to the interior and exterior of the sauna room.

WARNING: 1. The use of alcohol, drugs or medication will greatly increase your risk of fatal hyperthermia. 2. Reduce the risk of fire; do not place combustible material on heater at any time. 3. Reduce the risk of overheating: a) If you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy, please leave the sauna room immediately. b) Supervise children at all times. c) Consult your physician before use if people who are pregnant, in poor health, or under medical care. d) Breathing heated air in conjunction with consumption of alcohol, drugs, or medication is capable of causing unconsciousness. 4. Do not plug any other appliances into the outlet with your sauna. 5. Install the sauna on a completely level floor. 6. Do not spray the interior or the exterior with water. If the floor is damp, install a floor separator to keep the sauna high and dry. 7. Do not store flammable objects or chemical substances near the sauna. 8. It is suggested that each session should be completed in 30 minutes or when the user has perspired adequately. Excessive use of the sauna may cause symptoms of hyperthermia. These symptoms include dizziness, lethargy, and drowsiness. If user develops any of these symptoms while using the sauna unit, it is recommended that the user exit the sauna unit immediately. 9. In order to prevent damage to the sauna unit, it is recommended to stop operation for at least one hour after two continuous hours of use. 10. In order to prevent possible scalding or electrical shock, DO NOT allow any part of the body to directly contact any part of the heating source, electrical equipment, or wiring. 11. To ensure the user‟s safety and to protect the equipment, do not allow water to directly contact any part of the heating source, electrical equipment, or wiring. 12. The following unit is made for HOME use only. Please do not use this commercially.

Do not use the sauna if you have any of the following conditions: Open wounds Eye diseases Severe sunburns Under the influence of alcohol or drugs Dehydrated Under the effects of alcohol. Serious illness of any type (including Adrenal Suppression, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Haemophiliac or Multiple Sclerosis) Suffered any joint or muscle injury within the last 48 hours Females undergoing menstruation Suffering heatstroke Elderly & physically weak people, especially those suffering from a disease, pregnant women and infants are prohibited. Children over the age of 6 years may use the sauna under the supervision of adults. If suffering from a disease directly related to temperature, seek the advice of a doctor before using. Hyperthermia occurs when the internal temperature of the body reaches a level several degrees above the normal body temperature of 37°C (98.6°F). The symptoms of hyperthermia include an increase in the internal temperature of the body, dizziness, lethargy, drowsiness, and fainting. The affects of hyperthermia include: a) Failure to perceive heat. b) Failure to recognize the need to exit the room. c) Unawareness of impending hazard. d) Fetal damage in pregnant women. e) Physical inability to exit the room and unconsciousness.

TIPS FOR USE: 1. Prior to initial use, wipe down all the surfaces of the unit with a damp cloth. Turn on the unit and set to 40°C (104°F) with the door opened for one hour. After one hour, turn off the unit to make the temperature cool down. After the temperature has cooled down, turn on the unit and set to 40°C (104°F) with door closed for one hour. After one hour, open the door and turn off the unit to make the temperature cool down. This procedure will ensure that all factory dust is removed or burnt off. 2. Each plug must be plugged into an appropriate socket or outlet that is properly installed. Improper connection can result in the risk of electric hazard. 3. The user should ensure that he or she is adequately hydrated prior to using the sauna room. 4. Turn on the sauna and set the temperature to the desired level, 40°C-55°C (104°F-131°F). Temperature range: 18°C-60°C (65°F-140°F). 5. Allow 15-20 minutes for the sauna to heat up before entering the sauna. 6. Turn on the In-Floor Radiant Heater with the In-Floor Radiant Heater Temperature Switch when you enter the sauna. Turn the temperature switch to the medium range first to ensure the temperature is suitable. 7. The floor and ceiling vents may be opened for air circulation during your session. 8. During the session it is recommended to place towels on bench seat. This is to absorb perspiration and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit. 9. Limit the use of lotions or oils prior to using the sauna as these products block pores and limit perspiration. 10. For specific treatment of any particular body part, position the body part closer to the heater, this will ensure deeper heating of the area. P.S. How fast the sauna unit will heat up will be dependent on the temperature outside of the unit. If you are in a colder climate, the sauna unit will take a longer time to reach the desired temperature. The basis of time of heating up inside of the sauna is set by ambient room temperature between 77°F and 80.6°F.

Before using the sauna unit for the first time, clean the inside of the unit with a damp cloth. DO NOT use any chemical or detergents to clean the unit. Use Water. When cleaning the exterior of the sauna unit, use furniture polish. To absorb perspiration during a sauna session, we recommend placing a soft towel on the on the bench of the sauna unit. To keep the environment clean inside the sauna unit, do not leave any damp towels on the bench or on the floor. Remove them immediately after the session is over. Make sure the In-Floor Radiant Heater is wiped dry to prevent slippage after using the sauna.

WARNINGS

DO NOT hang any wet towels or clothes in the sauna.

IN-FLOOR RADIANT HEATER GLASS TOP. To avoid injury, do NOT drop any heavy object on the glass top. Please make sure there are no cracks on the surface before use. Please contact our customer service for a replacement if you see cracks.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Two people are needed to assemble the sauna room. 1.

Place the Floor Panel (1) with the Floor Panel Vents (39) facing forward on a dry and leveled surface.

Connect the Back Panel (2) onto the Floor Panel (1), align the Buckles (40) on both panel and fasten them if applicable. Keep in mind the back panel will not have enough support from the buckles alone until the side panels have been installed.

Connect the Left Side Panel (3) onto the Floor Panel (1) and Back Panel (2) with Buckles (40).

Connect the Right Side Panel (4) onto the Floor Panel (1) and Back Panel (2) with Buckles (40).

Attach the Power Box (41) onto the Floor Panel (1) with two 3x16 Screws (44). Connect the Wires A, B, and C from the Power Box (41) to the Back Panel Heaters (19). Connect the Wire D from the Power Box (41) to the Right Side Panel Heater (23). Connect the Wire F from the Power Box (41) to the In-Floor Radiant Heater (16). Connect the Wire G from the Power Box (41) to the Left Side Panel Heater (21). Connect the Wire H from the Power Box (41) to the Control Panel (29). Insert the Wire I into the Power Cord Cover (42) and then pull it out from the back of the Back Panel (2).

Install the Board for Bench Heater (7) by aligning it on both sides of the Left and Right Side Panels (3, 4) together. Be careful when installing the Board for Bench Heater (7) onto the Left and Right Side Panels (3, 4) when positioning the Board for Bench Heater (7). Connect the Wire E from the Power Box (41) to the wire that comes from the Bench Heater (25). Connect the In-Floor Radiant Heater Cable (36) from the In-Floor Radiant Heater (16) to the In-Floor Radiant Heater Switch Cable (37) that comes from the Board for Bench Heater (7).

Install Bench Panel (8) by sliding it in. Be careful not to scratch the Left and Right Side Panels (3, 4). Make sure to position the Bench Panel (8) so that the smooth and finished sides of the bench is facing up and forward. Fasten the Bench Panel (8) by using four 4x50 Screws (46) and a Phillips Screwdriver.

Place the Front Panel (6) onto the Floor Panel (1) then fasten it onto the Left and Right Side Panels (3, 4) with Buckles (40). Take the Wood Blocks off from the top and bottom of the Glass Door (10). They are easily removed by hand.

Remove the two 6x60 Bolts (49) from the S-Shaped Door Handle-A (26A) and S-Shaped Door Handle-B (26B). Attach both S-Shaped Door Handle-A (26A) and S-Shaped Door Handle-B (26B) onto the Glass Door (10) with two 6x60 Bolts (49) that were removed previously.

10. Gently place the Top Panel (5) onto the rest of the assembled panels. When all four corners are in place, gently push down the Top Panel (5) from the outside corners until it is snuggly fit over the rest of the panels and fasten with eight 4x50 Screws (46). Attach the CD Box (32) onto the Top Panel (5) with four 3x25 Screws (47). Install the CD Player (33). Connect the wires that come from the panel to the CD Player (33) and the wire for LED Light (34). Connect the antenna wire for CD player to the CD Player (33).

CONTROL PANEL OPERATION Precautions Check to make sure all the circuitry and plugs meet all requirements. Set the temperature and time to a comfortable level. Drink a cup of water before and after the sauna session. After 2 hours of continuous use, shut the sauna down for at least one hour. To avoid burns, do not touch the heating element. Sauna operation Plug the sauna into a wall outlet. Make sure the outlet will support the sauna. Do not share the outlet with any other appliances. Plug the unit into the outlet with the “Power” light off before starting it and use the On/Off switch to turn on the sauna. Sauna should be unplugged when not in use. After starting the unit, the digital light of temperature displays the set temperature as 40℃/101℉. The temperature can be changed by pressing the “▲” or “▼” button to increase or decrease the temperature. The digital light of time displays the set time is 38 minutes. Time can be changed by pressing the “▲” or “▼” button to increase or decrease time. After 5 seconds, the digital light in temperature set part flashes 2 times and then returns to display the current temperature in the cabin. When pressing the button “▲” or “▼” again in temperature set part, it will change to display the “set temperature” and can be set before the light changes back to display the current temperature. Click the ℃/℉ button in the temperature set part to switch the display between Centigrade and Fahrenheit. Buzzer will beep when time counts down to 0 or the temperature in the cabin reaches your set temperature. The LED light “Heat” indicating heating will be turned off automatically. After your sauna session, turn off the ON/OFF switch, and unplug the power cable.

IN-FLOOR RADIANT HEATER OPERATION

Adjusting the In-Floor Radiant Heater Switch: 1. Please turn the temperature switch to the Medium range first to ensure the temperature is suitable for you. 2. To change the temperature, you can turn the switch in a clockwise direction to increase the temperature and counterclockwise direction to decrease the temperature. 3. After using the sauna, always turn the switch to the OFF position to turn off the In-Floor Radiant Heater.

CAUTION: Please turn the In-Floor Radiant Heater to Medium first for warm up. The In-Floor Radiant Heater will not operate if the main control is not turned on.

WARNING: The Glass Top surface may become slippery because of sweat. Please make sure to dry it before and after use to ensure you do not slip on the glass top. Use a dry towel to wipe the glass top to make it dry.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE Problem Indicator light for power supply not working. Indicator light for function is not working.

Heater does not heat up.

Odor from the sauna.

Possible Reason The connector is not connected properly. No power supply input. Indicator light is broken. The heating indicator light is broken. The circuit board or components are broken. The temperature sensor is broken. The heater is broken. The wire junction or the heater‟s wire is loose. The temperature sensor is broken. The circuit board of the relay does not work. Solution Check the connector or replace a new one. Check the circuitry. Replace the circuitry panel. Replace the relevant control panel. Replace the circuit board. Check the connector is loose and replace it. Replace with a new one of the same specifications. Check and make them tight. Check junction of the temperature sensor is loose and replace it. Replace the circuit board. 1. Some heater‟s temperature over high, shut off the power supply, replace it. 2. Parts on the circuitry are broken.

Speaker does not work.

The speaker is broken.

CD Player does not work.

Power connector is loose or damaged. DC power supply is no power to the CD player. CD stereo is defective.

Check connector or replace it.

CD stereo protection fuses are burnt out. Power cord is unplugged. Outlet has no power.

Replace the fuses.

Power supply or circuit panel is broken.

Replace the power supply or related circuit board.

Sauna does not power up.

Replace with a new one of the same specifications. The speaker wire is loose. Reconnect the speaker wire. The power indicator light for CD Turn on the switch to start work. is off.
