SenseFunction Daikin’s FTWS-A series is an intelligent air conditioner that equips with a passive infrared sensor (PIR). Combining with the highly sophisticated algorithm control, it has further extended its offer on comfort and energy saving benefits. The SENSE feature is able to make auto-adjustments on temperature, fan speed and air discharge direction settings when activated. As a result, optimum comfort, spot cooling, energy wastage reduction can be achieved without the need of a user to manually control the settings.

Indoor Unit Quiet Operation Indoor unit operating sound levels are decreased by 3dB(A) from the Low setting fan speed using the wireless remote controller. Automatic Operation This function automatically selects cooling or heating operation mode based on the room temperature at start-up. Programme Dry Function This function automatically reduces the level of humidity. Auto Fan Speed The microprocessor automatically controls fan speed to adjust the room temperature to the set temperature.
Sense Sense with its Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor automatically controls air conditioner operation according to human activity in a room. It adjusts the fan speed, air flow direction and the set temperature by ±2°C for energy savings and optimum comfort.
Auto Random Restart with Last-State-Memory In the event of a sudden power failure during operation, unit restarts automatically in 64 different recovery timing patterns (within 180 seconds to 244 seconds) and the unit will operate based on the previous setting (operating mode, temperature setting and fan speed).

Timers 24-Hour On/Off Timer This timer can be preset to start and stop at any time within a 24-hour period.
