TECH ” Scheme.
“Power Saving Actions” are activities undertaken by individuals in anticipation of a substantial summer power shortage. New ideas have been devised in the fields of food, clothing and shelter to save power and spend summer comfortably. The “COOLBIZ TECH” Scheme focuses on high-function textiles, especially in the fields of “clothing” and “shelter”, and proposes power saving through the use of such textiles. Support will be provided through the use of the fiber technology possessed by Japan as one measure of the “Power Saving Actions.”
