PayTAG Concept: Sticker that can turn any mobile phone into an NFC payment-enabled phone Benefits: Simplification

Time

Description: A plastic sticker a quarter of the size of a credit card that turns any phone into an NFC payment-enabled device. Contactless payments are then managed using the application for the smartphone. The sticker can actually be attached to any object, turning it into a contactless payment device

BTNz Concept: Social Digital Signage system Benefits: Customer Involvement, Viral Diffusion Description: An interactive interface consisting of a touchscreen that allows users to write messages and, when ready, display them on other surface (e.g. screens, projectors, digital signage) Applications: This system empowers users to share ideas, emotions, thoughts in a funny way improving social communication in a physical space. In addition, the content of the messages can be analyzed in order to obtain relevant information about sentiments of the crowd, with contextual data on events and external influences (e.g. announcement of a promotion, closing the shop, presentation of new collections etc.)

Billguard Concept: Automatic fraud control system through transaction verification Benefits: Customer intimacy, Trust Description: BillGuard scans daily activities of a credit card to find “grey charges”, accounting errors, fraud, scams, and alerts the customer when necessary. Once you have completed the registration process, the transactions of the last 30 days will be automatically downloaded and analyzed to search for any fraudulent or unwanted charge. Charges are also marked with a code for the risk assessment based on the colors green (good), orange (review) and red (flagged) Applications: The goal is personal financial security. It’s a solution based on community-edited information, able to combine supervision, observation and customers comments on the web with the advanced algorithms for extracting transaction data, in order to protect against unauthorized charges on credit and debit cards
