COURSE INFORMATION

We are pleased to invite you to register for a comprehensive course in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) to be held at the UCH Education Centre (www.ucheducationcentre.org) from 25th to 27th January 2016. The aim of the course is to provide a strong foundation of knowledge in IBD, which future gastroenterologists and allied health care professionals can use as a springboard to becoming specialists within this field. By the end of this 3 day course you will: •

Have a comprehensive clinical knowledge of the pathways involved in the diagnosis, investigation and management of patients with IBD.



Be able to identify all the major areas within the Joint Royal College of Physicians Training Board (JRCPTB) curriculum, which have been covered within the course and apply them to your own clinical practice and patients.



Have the confidence to be able to contribute to the development of IBD service within your own hospitals



Have a good breadth of knowledge into the science underpinning IBD research today, as well as have an important insight into research technologies and landmark papers that have shaped our understanding of IBD to date.
