NCMS ISP® Accreditation & Trademarks NCMS ISP® Certification Program was formally accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) in October 2013 Accreditation process required several years of rigorous documentation by NCMS Board of Directors, headquarters staff and ISP® Committee volunteers The ISP® Logo and Mark are registered trademarks and the property of NCMS. Unauthorized use is prohibited

ISP® Certification: Why FSOs Should Care Having ISP® certified staff members potentially provides DSS Category 3 “Security Staff Professionalism” enhancement points during your facility vulnerability assessment Hosting ISP® certification training at your facility for industry peers potentially provides DSS Category 5 “Active Membership in Security Community” enhancement points during your facility vulnerability assessment

Testimonials from ISPs® “Since I completed the ISP® program, I have noticed a distinct difference in my standing in the community and within my own company ... I am considered a resource for anyone, company wide, that requires assistance. Both my reputation and my salary have benefited from this process.” -- Shona Nietsche, ISP®, Raytheon Company, Aurora, CO.

“I gained confidence in my knowledge of the security field -- when I speak I know what I am saying is correct. I received a Commendable Rating on my DSS inspection this past June -- my DSS rep was very impressed with my accomplishment. My ISP® Certification was one of the many “above and beyond” categories for such a rating.” -- Mia Haynes, ISP ®, Alion Science & Technology, Alexandria VA.
