The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has mandated the replacement of the ICD-9-CM Code sets with ICD-10-CM effec ve October 1, 2015. ICD-10-CM implementa on will radically change the way coding is done and will require significant effort to implement. Don't miss this opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the guidelines and conven ons of ICD-10-CM, as well as a fundamental knowledge of how to decipher, understand, and accurately apply codes in ICD-10-CM.
