21.1 km Hoka One One : race open to runners born in 1998 and before



10 km Hoka One One : race open to runners born in 2000 and before



La Niçoise Haribo : race open to runners born in 2002 and before



Haribo Kid’s Run : race open to runners born between 2000 and 2006

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE 

It must be dated less than one year by the date of the race



You need to specify on it that you are fit to practice running in competition



If you did not supply your medical certificate during your registration, you are well-recorded but your file is not complete:  To provide us your medical certificate after your registration you have 4 possibilities explained here: http://www.nicesemimarathon.com/v16/AN/inscriptions/depot-justificatif.htm  You can also show it when you pick-up your race number on the Expo BE CAREFUL: Foreigner licenses are not allowed.

NUMBER BIB COLLECTION WHERE AND WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY RACE NUMBER? 

Number bib collection : On the Expo, by showing your ID card and your registration voucher that you got on your email address



How to get my voucher? o It will be send the week of the event on your email address. o You can print it when you check your registration on our page : http://www.nicesemimarathon.com/v16/AN/inscriptions/verifinscription.htm On site, you could identify your race number on a registration board to collect your bib.



The Running Expo is located on the Quai des Etats-Unis at the end of the Promenade des Anglais, in Nice and will be open on: Friday 22 April 2016 2016 from 14.00 to 19:00 Saturday 23 April 2016 2016 from 9.00 to 19.00 Sunday 24 April 2016 : 07h30-8h30

DOES ANYBODY ELSE CAN PICK-UP MY RACE NUMBER FOR ME?  If you can’t collect your race number on your own, a person of your choice could do it for you provided that the person could bring your ID and the copy of your medical certificate. (if it would not have been provided yet before).

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT TERMS? Each entry is considered as non-transferable and final and implies full acceptance of the rules. No refund will be made. Any person retroceding his bib to a person without the organisation’s agrement will be recognized as responsible in case of an accident arising or provoked by this person during the competition. The organisation is exempt from all responsibility in case of an accident in this type of situation. The bib of each runner must be entirely visible and worn during the whole race.
