How can I check my account balance? ALJAWAL Customers:
• Send an SMS with the number 1860 to 902 and you will receive a reply with the Qitaf account balance. • Press 902# then press the dial button. • Call customer service at 902 for ALJAWAL or 907 for ALHATIF.

What can I do with my points? You can redeem your points for services from STC or for vouchers that can be used with many Qitaf program partners or transfer points to your Friends & Family.
Redeeming for services from STC: You can exchange earned points for several services, such as free ALHATIF minutes or free SMS messages and many more.
Redeeming points for vouchers: You can also exchange 500 points for a SR100 voucher (limit 3 per month). This voucher can be used at 30 partners who own 120 brand names and have more than 3300 stores throughout the Kingdom.
Transfer your Qitaf points as a gift to your loved ones: Let your loved ones enjoy the free Qitaf points through any number of ways such as calling 902 or 907, or send an SMS containing the code 1870 followed by a space then the Jawal number then another space and then the number of points to be transferred. You can also visit the site www.stc.com.sa
Transfer Information • Both provider and receiver of points have to be subscribed to Qitaf program • You have the choice transfer Qitaf points to a Jawal or Hatif number • You can transfer 20 points and its multiplies up to a 100 points • The maximum limit to transfer Qitaf points is 100 points every month • every Qitaf subscriber can receive up to 300 Qitaf points monthly • When transfering from a mobile or to a mobile it has to be a prepaid line

How do I use Qitaf e-vouchers? First: Join the Qitaf program by simply sending an SMS containing the code 1666 to the number 902, after which you will receive an SMS on your main postpaid AlJAWAL line instantly confirming your subscription. You will also receive your 4 digit PIN code which you will need to complete any Qitaf transactions. In addition, you can also subscribe via the Khadamti page on the STC website www.stc.com.sa
Second: Now you can head straight for the nearest Qitaf partner to enjoy your free points by exchanging them in any of our partner’s outlets. Once the transaction amount is entered, you will be asked to enter your Jawal or Hatif number followed by your 4 digit PIN in the Qitaf e-device. Once completed, you will instantly receive an SMS informing you of the transaction and the number of points exchanged.

What are the Rules and Regulations? • Points are valid for 1 year from accumulation date. • Should the Qitaf program be cancelled, you will be notified and given a two-month grace period during which you can redeem the accumulated points. • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issuance. • You should accumulate a minimum of 100 points in order to redeem a reward. • Points will not be awarded to phone lines that have been disconnected. • If you are a SAWA or LANA customer, you can redeem points for the same reward, 5 times only within 60 days.
