Custom Printing With custom printing of your logo, your safety apparel will perform two visibility functions: making your employees safer on the job and also promoting your company. Our one-time set-up fee for custom printing is $20 per image per location.* The submitted artwork should be production ready and we will maintain your images on file for future orders. Following receipt of approved artwork, allow 3 – 5 days for custom imprinting for in-stock orders.

Artwork Requirements: We accept both vector and high resolution raster files. • Vector artwork files: All text fields must be converted to curves or outlines to prevent font substitutions. All objects must have at least a 1 pt line thickness to guarantee proper print quality. • Raster artwork files: Files must be saved at 100% of the final print size with a resolution of at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch). Acceptable File Formats: JPEG, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD Color mode for all files should be CMYK. Submit files to [email protected]

Graphic Design Charges: If your artwork does not meet the above requirements, our graphic designers can assist in creating new artwork or converting your existing artwork to meet those requirements. Graphic design services are $125/hour.

Care Instructions: Note: these garments have been rated for 25 washes by the manufacturer, however, they are not certified for industrial wash. If you require industrial wash, please request a custom quote. For maximum wear and effectiveness of your high visibility safety apparel, follow the guidelines below: To avoid compromising the reflective tape, wash your high visibility garment separately and do not use fabric softener. For best results, turn the garment inside out before washing and wash at low or warm water temperature settings. Use a mild detergent and never use chlorine bleach – DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Line drying garments will extend the life of the reflective tape. If drying by machine is unavoidable, tumble dry on the low temperature setting and remove the garment from the dryer while it is slightly damp. The heat from the dryer drum, as well as the heat radiating from other clothes can damage the reflective tape. Do not hang garments outside in the sun to dry, UV light will accelerate the fading process. High visibility safety apparel should be replaced when it becomes faded, worn, defaced or if it is not visible from 1,000 feet day or night.
