Attends® Protective Underwear provide protection for moderate to heavy incontinence. Worn under your clothing just like regular underwear, these products offer an alternative to briefs for people with active lifestyles.

Protective Underwear

Our breathable, absorbent designs feature cloth-like stretch panels for comfort. They pull on and off just like regular underwear, but also have tear-away sides for an easy removal option. All Attends Underwear meet established requirements for state Medicaid programs. They also have size abbreviations printed on the pad for easy identification when not in the bag.

Attends® Briefs are perfect for heavy to severe urinary and/or fecal incontinence for both ambulatory and sedentary users. We carefully select the raw materials and engineer our briefs to channel wetness away from the body – helping maintain dry, healthy skin and controlling odor.

Regardless of the style you choose, Attends briefs are always designed for comfort and secure protection. All of our briefs contain super absorbent polymers to lock fluid in the core, as well as a moisture-resistant layer and leg gathers to help prevent leakage. They feature closures to hold them securely in place and a color indicator to signal when the brief needs to be changed. Attends briefs are packaged for easy identification of sizing by color (see page 19 for more info).

Pads & Pants

Our standard use pads range from the bladder control pad, offering an extra measure of security for occasional leaks, to the overnight shaped pad, offering the greatest protection for severe incontinence.
