Please note: In going over this information, and in order to receive the benefits, it's important to follow these guidelines. Regardless of your level of awareness, begin by creating a higher awareness of self, before moving on to empower others. Read this information thoroughly, completely filling in all worksheets as you go along. It's important to complete these worksheets in the order of the pages, making a master copy of each before filling in for future use for yourself and others in order to assess progress. Always be prepared with the appropriate tools and conditioning techniques for a "plan of action" to follow, the results of which will begin to "happen" in three to four weeks, thereafter increasing positive results with continued use. Take the time to 'seek' and answer these questions from within. Start with taking the 'assessment' ... follow instructions, noting to take this same 'assessment' again at the end of this M.I.N.D.S. System. The goal is to answer 'YES' to all 22 questions. As you keep track of negative answers, periodically go back to these same questions, looking for positive changes ( from No to Yes) until there are 22 'YES' answers. Use an appropriate tool/technique/method to practice daily until the next review. Keep notes as to the daily assignment. Example: Daily chart with positive results on a scale of 1 10. Make notes on what positive actions need to be repeated and practiced. Simple, yet effective. Important to take just one small step in this positive direction which will, through the conditioning effect, increase quickly. (Always encourage and follow a passion. Bring to mind something you or others always wanted to do or enjoyed... move forward. It's time to move on.) Look for 'clues' as to progress indicating this positive change of attitude. Increasing the "yes" answers will enable you to recognize progress in yourself and others.

The goal for all is to 'release' all the negativity (baggage) of one's lifetime (known & usually unknown) and move forward in a totally positive direction! Next, use the "Golden Castle" CD at least twice daily, (in bed, at bedtime and upon awakening) and during the day if possible. This has a conditioning effect, more is better. Listen carefully to the instructions in the CD - in the releasing process, do NOT try to identify what you feel you need to release; you need to instruct your subconscious to release whatever It knows needs releasing from your entire lifetime, at your very beginning, whatever this means to you. Imagine only the black cloud (or whatever is gross to you) as representing the negativity that needs releasing from the heart. This is very important, as you and others do not focus on the negatives (thereby creating and/or reinforcing new neurons in the brain cells) but simply allow the subconscious to release the entire negative emotions, known and unknown, (the foundation of which may have started at point of conception or beyond, according to one's beliefs.) Before answering the questions, be sure to make master copies to

use at a later time for yourself and others. To insure success in using this MINDS System, it is vitally important to take the time to complete this Questionnaire thoroughly and completely with written essays. (Unfortunately, in our busy lives we don't stop periodically to look within.) Clarify your thoughts on each question, write them down honestly. This is for your eyes only and (after completing the MINDS System) the most loving thing you can do for yourself and others.

“How long do I need to use these methods/ tools/ techniques?" Answer: “For the rest of your life. Explain your ability to face the challenges in your life and the tools with which to accomplish this. 8. Describe in detail, several positive actions that can be taken in order to bring about positive thoughts, which bring positive feelings, resulting in positive moods. 9. Explain in detail your positive, holistic, physical goals. 10. Explain in detail your positive, holistic, emotional goals. 11. Explain in detail your positive, holistic, spiritual goals. 12. Describe three or more De-motivators (from within) and explain in detail a plan of attack for each.

13. Explain in detail how imagery is used to release all the negatives of one’s lifetime. 14. Using Abe Lincoln as a guide, describe five other examples of the “Big Picture.” 15. How would you increase the “YES” answers in “Assess Your Positives.” Using numbers 1 through 15, give examples of each.
