Three key strategies: Strategic Research Capability: •
•
SME Support Solutions/Tech Transfer: • •
•
Develop strategic research capability among Australian research providers. Building the case between institutions, industry and government for the establishment and enhancement of strategy research infrastructure. Eg Carbon Fibre Assist firms to access R&D resources and brokering/managing engagements to facilitate the flow of industrial ready technology from laboratory to market. Eg ADA Identifying and building business opportunities for both industry, and publically funded research institutions
Advanced Tech Incubation: •
Seeding and incubating spin-off, start-up and early stage ventures and supplying resources and intellectual capital to enable successful commercialisation of Intellectual Property (IP). Eg HARD
