The E.M.D. of unsuccessful bidders will be returned in due course. Tender papers and all other conditions therein can be obtained from the O/o the Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Raipur Circle, “Poorvayatan” 1st Floor, Govind Sarang Commercial Complex, New Rajendra Nagar, Raipur on all working hours on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) (non refundable) up to 1600 hrs of 17.06.2013. This notice along with tender documents is also available in the Web Site www.asi.nic.in. and www.asiraipurcircle.in. Prospective Bidders may use the tender document downloaded from the website accompanying with a demand draft of Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred) (Non refundable) in favour of “Archaeological Survey of India” payable at Bhubaneswar (date of DD shall not be later than the last date of sale of tender paper) as cost of tender papers failing which such tender document will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. In case of public holiday declared on the opening date of tender, the same would be opened on the next working day.

Provision for cutting the earth and dismantling the old damaged floor including leveling the area, cutting the undulated earth and disposal of the same in the outside of the surrounding of monuments etc with proper care.etc. Providing and filling sand in plinth including watering, ramming, consolidating, dressing etc.complete. Provision for resetting of ancient stone structures/members and other as per original using 40% good quality of ne stone size(.60x.40x.15)m,(.75x.40x.18)m,(.75x.30x.15)m and 60% old dismantled stone used in 1:3(lime,sand) mortar with fine dressing and moulding as per original clue available at site and joints should not be more then the tip of the knife and mortar also in the joints only not over the stone including curing etc.complete. Provision for providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 with 40 mm stone aggregate obtained from approved quarry with mechanical mixing, ramming the bottom, etc all as per details specifications and as directed below the stone plate for proper consolidation etc complete Provision for laying of 50mm thick lime, sand mortar in 1:3 etc. complete for laying of cist stone plate etc. complete.
