HiReflect HiR ® (HIGH REFLECT) REFLECTORS As a world premier, Schréder is using multi-layer reflectors for public lighting. These new reflectors have a 95% reflective coefficient, which represents a significant gain. Compared with current anodised reflectors, a luminance increase of 20% can be achieved for certain installations.
THERMAL COMPARTMENTALISATION The new-generation lamps use an electronic ballast. Since the performance and longevity of electronic ballasts drop significantly with rising ambient temperature, Schréder has innovated by separating the control gear compartment from the lamp compartment, thereby ensuring a long life for electronic components. HiR® reflector
SELF-CLEANING GLASS The Furyo is equipped with a glass protector that has been treated with a self-cleaning coating which makes the surface hydrophilic. Raindrops spread out over the glass in the form of a film of water and wash away the residue, decomposed by the natural UV rays. The self-cleaning glass associated with Sealsafe® enables a maintenance factor of near 1 to be reached.
RAPID and SAFE MAINTENANCE
Thermal compartmentalisation
Rapid access to the lamp, from the front and without tools, reduces maintenance time to a minimum. Unlocking is achieved in a single movement and provides immediate, automatic disconnection of the power supply. Associated with a double gasket system, this rapid access guarantees the luminaire’s IP 66 Sealsafe® characteristics.
