Catering Package

General Information Time: Furiwa will be available for both luncheon and dinner events. Luncheon events are scheduled from 12:00p.m.-4:00p.m. Dinner events are scheduled from 6:00p.m.-12:00a.m. Events continuing past contracted time will be subjected to fees of $500 and up per hour.

Location Fees: Hotel Ballroom fees are included as part of the package. Client will be making payments directly to Furiwa unless other arrangements have been made.

D eposit/Payment Schedule: An initial $2,000.00 deposit in the form of cash or check is required to confirm event bookings. Second payment of $2,000.00 is due six months prior to the event date. An additional payment of 50% of the balance is due one month prior to the event. The total estimate balance is due two weeks prior to the event date in the form of cash or check or on the day of the event in cash form only. Client must provide Furiwa with a final guaranteed attendance at least 10 days prior to the event date. This number will be used as the guaranteed minimum.

Setup: Ball room will be available to vendors at least one hour prior to reception time. Earlier set-up time can only be guaranteed one week prior to event date.

D ecorations: The use of fog machines, open flames, and confetti are prohibited by the hotel. Any fabric draping or decorations on ceiling must be approved by the hotel. Additional fees may apply for extra power if needed for the event. Please contact Furiwa for further details.

Alcohol B everage/Bar Fees: Only cognac and wine will be permitted on the premise. There will be charge a $10++ per 750mL bottle corkage fee. All other alcohol must be purchased through the hotel. Furiwa will be able to assists in arranging bar services with the hotel.

Vendors: Client must provide Furiwa with a list vendors two weeks prior to the event. Dining room will be available to vendors one hour prior to reception time. Earlier set-up time can only be guaranteed one week prior to event date. Besides Furiwa and wedding cake vendors, other outside caterers will not be permitted. Furiwa will be able to help customize menus to meet the clients and guests specific needs. All other foods, drinks, and or desserts can be arranged through Furiwa. Vendors are all subject to approval.

D etail Appointment: We will schedule a detail appointment with you four to eight weeks prior to your event date. At that time you will finalize the menu and set up for the ballroom.
