BÆST T H E F O OD 
 We produce our own handmade charcuterie and cheese on the same floor as the banqueting room. The charcuterie is made from HindsholmPork and beef from Mineslund in our salumeria, or is imported directly from Italy. Mozzarella, ricotta, mascarpone and burrata cheeses are crafted in our own dairy. Menu Bread from Mirabelle and pickles Choice of charcuterie (always 4 different kinds) 4 green courses 2 meat courses 1 dessert The ingredients will vary according to season. Every raw material we use is preferably Danish and always organic. The food is served family style, to share around the table. We serve the menu in three parts: Cold, warm and dessert. This is the most flexible solution for us regarding speeches or other breaks during the meal. BÆST BÆST’s Dinner 495 kr. per person This is always an evening menu and the function lasts for 4 hours. Preordering supplementary hours is advantageous.

1 menu 1 glass white wine and 1 glass of red wine per person Tap water Filter coffee or tea

BÆST’s Party 750 kr. per person. The function lasts for 8 hours. Preordering supplementary hours is advantageous. 1 glass sparkling wine or BÆST Spritz’ino 1 menu Wine ad libitum during dinner (white, red and dessert wine) Filter coffee or tea 1 avec (house grappa, vermouth or limoncello)

BÆST’s Wedding 995 kr. per person. The function lasts for 8 hours. Preordering supplementary hours is advantageous. 1 glass sparkling wine or BÆST Spritz’ino 1 menu Wine ad libitum during dinner (white, red and dessert wine) Filter coffee or tea 1 avec (house grappa, vermouth or limoncello) Free bar with beer, soft drinks, wine and spirits (gin, vodka, rum) Midnight snack (seasonal soup)

BÆST’s Reception 200 kr. per person. As an independent reception, or as a run-up to a bigger event, like wedding. This function lasts for 3 hours and must be finished by 5pm. Roman pizza – 3 varieties Beer, soft-drinks,wine of the house and filter coffee | Roman pizza is the Italian version of an open sandwich. The bottom is a baked foccacia which is then topped with lots of good stuff |

BÆST reduces the price by 10 % for the following choices when held Monday through Thursday: BÆST’s Party and BÆST’s Wedding There are no specific parking spaces connected to the restaurant Smoking is only allowed outside the restaurant The restaurant is open till 2am. Other opening hours can be arranged BÆST do not make traditional wedding cakes. However, we would love to make a great cake for your party BÆST will gladly arrange a DJ. This must be agreed before the party Reservation fee is to be payed upon confirmation of the event. The fee amounts to 1/3 of the total sum. If the event is booked more than 6 months prior to the date of holding, the payment of the reservation fee is split into two parts. Payment of the remaining sum falls due 8 days before holding the event. Any additional choices bought during the event, together with any bar consumption, falls due on the same evening.
