Founded in 1997, Frame Publishers specializes in high-end publications for a global audience of creative professionals. Readers in 77 countries follow our three magazines, website and specialized books covering art, architecture, design and interiors. Together, our publications offer a one-stop shop for connecting with art buyers, architects and designers worldwide. The company’s flagship publication, Frame, is a go-to reference for designers and interior architects. The magazine identifies the world’s most innovative interiors in print and, since 2007, through Frame’s prestigious Great Indoors Award. Launched in 2005, sibling magazine Mark is to architects what Frame is to interior architects. By offering a fresh, accessible outlook on architecture, Mark has redefined the way we report on the built environment. Founded in 2009, the third magazine, Elephant, offers an equally contemporary view of art and visual culture. In just four years, it has rapidly gained an international audience of art buyers and artists alike. All three magazines have an online presence on frameweb.com, which attracts over 140,000 users with daily design news. Digital subscriptions and licensed editions in China, Korea and Turkey give each publication an even greater global reach. And exposure is growing all the time – every year Frame Publishers presents its magazines and books at more than 30 trade fairs worldwide. From custom-publishing to brand direction, Frame Publishers serves as an invaluable connection to the world’s leading creative professionals.

Design Products are vital to interior architects and the magazine’s editors scrutinize trade fairs for the most inspiring and up-todate overviews. Mark Magazine Mark sees itself as a platform for the practice and perception of architecture at the dawn of the third millennium. Since its launch in 2005, the magazine has been a timely, visual, nonacademic publication based around first-hand information from creative people. Mark has a radically international perspective, shining a spotlight on starchitects and new talent alike, while exploring the boundaries of the field and anticipating the industry’s future.

Architecture Architecture is the mother of all arts, and today’s designers are in the thick of society like never before. Architects design retail spaces for big-name brands, create every day furniture, and even have fan clubs. In an age of design blogs and architecture coverage in mainstream publications, Mark offers the specialized knowledge and analytical approach that sets a global standard. Elephant Magazine Elephant is a quarterly magazine about contemporary art and visual culture. Featuring cutting edge material, fresh faces and original voices, the magazine covers and uncovers new trends and talent.

Art The art world is divided between the traditional and applied or commercial art. To Elephant, the most interesting work is happening in the middle, where photographers, architects and designers start thinking like artists – and artists start thinking like designers. This meeting of mediums is fertile ground for the exciting and experimental work shaping the art world, and Elephant, today.

Visual culture

Direct, sincere and multi-disciplinary, Elephant has depth and breadth beyond any other visual art magazine. It digs deeper, ceaselessly asking and enquiring into creative trends, art movements and innovative techniques. Elephant visits art and design studios, steps on graffiti artists’ toes, plays with the latest computer games, disturbs rehearsals and interrupts takes. Its in-depth approach produces smart and innovative coverage. Publication schedule Quarterly / Price EUR 19.95

Frame Books

Frame Publishers offers a range of creative advertising possibilities. Compiled by the company’s editorial and art teams, promotional features are always in sync with the magazine’s specific style and tone of voice. You can also let Frame Publishers review and even create your advertisements, both on- and off-line. Or how about your own magazine or catalogue, custom-created by us? Promotional services can even work in three dimensions. Think of your event curated or your award organized and published by Frame Publishers.

Since 2001, Frame Publishers has created specialized books on interior design, architecture and art. Like its magazines, these books have global circulation. Some of these publications have become brands in their own right, like Grand Stand, a biennial book on trade-fair stands, or Night Fever, a biennial on hospitality design. These books once more prove Frame Publishers’ authority on interior design.

Goods

Instead of just filling a book with new products, Goods takes design publishing a step further; 60 iconic design products are analysed and featured from conceptual design sketch to realization and placement in interiors.

Frame Moooi Award The Frame Moooi Award was launched in 2011 with the goal of uniting innovative interiors with equally as inspiring furniture and lighting. Frame and Moooi are both leaders in the design industry; glossy pages of Frame magazine focus on cutting-edge interiors, while Moooi strives to create spectacular furnishings and lighting. Combining the interests of both organizations, the Frame Moooi Award was launched to target interior designers and architects who custom created a lamp or furnishing for a specific interior.

Night Fever 3

The latest publication in the Night Fever series takes you on a whirlwind, round-the-world tour of the best in hospitality design. The book presents restaurant, bar and hotel interiors offering a detailed look at the cutting-edge approach of their creators.

Limited Edition Frame Studio designed a total brand identity for LE, a Belgian carpet manufacturer. From logo and stationery to sleek newspaper, invitations and advertising campaign, the final product was a cohesive and contemporary image for the LE company.

E550 For Dutch design and construction office E550, Frame Studio created a brand identity based upon the materials E550 uses most: glass, concrete, rubber and steel.
