Production The production of a safe and technologically sophisticated locking system demands perfect human machine cognitive integration. The continuously optimized know how gleaned from years of experience combined with up to date technology, create constant high level production performance. Thanks to enormous workforce manufacturing experience in production,

from the small parts fabrication via the galvanic surface plating, to the assembly of the locking systems supreme quality control is constantly maintained. The CNC-controlled machines provide precision production accuracy to very high tolerances and so precise production of different components is guaranteed.

Economically viable system diversity Economically viable security are words that can be combined together by ABUS Pfaffenhain. As one of only a few manufacturers of such systems, ABUS Pfaffenhain provides an extensive locking system program with 15 different systems, suitable for each and every project that can be mixed and matched to suit individual requirements. Systems can be integrated together, which allows two or more

systems in a project with mixed levels of security to be combined. For instance, a high security system with up to 11 active locking elements can be combined with another system that has only 6 active locking elements to service both the lower security part of the suite, such as the interior or washroom doors and the higher security element such as the exterior doors etc. Flexibility and consultation is key, we will consult you at all stages!
