Management & Operations Software OBM

Out of Band Manager (OBM) is a central database manager for CDI and Non-CDI, Out of Band Management devices. Uses SQL express. Can Manage, Monitor, Control, and Connect to CDI and NON-CDI devices via SSH, Encrypted Network, Encrypted Dial-up, or GPRS cellular. Includes one-year free system support license (OBM SSL) which covers phone support and software upgrades. Device Licenses and Enhanced Device Licenses are sold separately. Minimum system requirements for OBM client application: Windows XP or Windows 7 32/64 bit, 2 gigs RAM, Network interface. Can be exported. Replaced P/n: DDM ODBC.

OBM SQL

One-Year Warranty WARRANTY

All CDI hardware products come with a standard one-year warranty, which covers the cost of repairs and return shipping via UPS Ground service. Turn around time for repairs are usually between 7 to 10 business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on problem with the unit and customer location.

MNT-AGR

Our one-year maintenance agreement is a premium support coverage that offers same day advance replacement of any non-working hardware device. It includes free firmware updates, unlimited technical phone support via our toll free 800 number plus paid return service of the non-working device. This service is an add-on coverage that runs concurrent with our standard one-year warranty. Fee based on a percentage of the total purchase price of all hardware. Hardware support service automatically renews on an annual basis.

Annual Hardware Support

Annual OBM System Support Out of Band Manager Annual System Support License offers software upgrades, phone support, email and live chat support. System Support License is based on a percentage of the total purchase price of OBM software, Seat Licenses, EDLs, DLs and RSA files.

Delivery

Order Expediting Fee

Requests for expedited order processing for same day shipping (provided that the items are in stock) are subject to a $150.00 expediting fee. This fee is separate from shipping and handling costs which will be added to your invoice. Orders for same day shipping must be received no later than 12pm EST. Restrictions apply to custom orders and any orders of large quantities.

Int'l Administration Fee

Orders shipping outside the U.S. are subject to a $150.00 administration fee.

Int'l Inco Terms of Trade
