Our plant trailers are built for any application, and extensively tested to ensure outstanding performance in even the harshest and most remote environments. We build these plant trailers with a range of axle configurations, and the deck length can be customised to suit your load - giving you the freedom to custom design your vehicle to suit your practical requirements and augment your fleet.

USABILITY Our plant trailers are ergonomically designed to be easy to use and maintain, with useful features such light weight spring assist ramps or optional hydraulic ramps, and unique single point servicing making life easier for operators.

FLEXIBILITY Your specifications are our blueprint. Based on our consultation with you, we’ll design and manufacture your plant trailer ensuring it’s built for purpose. From 4 tonne up to 18 tonne, these trailers are built to carry whatever plant you specify!

SAFETY All of our trailers are built to Australian Standards and include safety features such as reflective tape, safety railing, fire extinguishers, first aid kits and high visability LED lights kit to help safeguard the operator.

RELIABILITY Every element in every trailer we design has been engineered to perform with heavy-duty use in the harshest conditions. For example, our mechanical suspension is designed for use on rough terrain, extending the life of the trailer.

RAMPS We provide an option of ramp systems, from lightweight spring assist ramps to hydraulic ramps and bi-fold ramps - take your choice for what best suits your purpose.

TRAY Shermac plant trailers are built with a heavy duty steel tray, with safety railing, access steps and self-latching gate, tie down points, spare tyre carrier, and easily accessible, secure tool storage boxes.

PAINT Specify your trailer’s colour. We grit blast and paint using a quality two-pack paint system, with optional corrosion protection systems for operation in corrosive site conditions.

MINE SPEC Our plant trailers can be configured to your mine specification requirements. This includes wheel chocks, wheel nut tension indicators, LED high tail lights and a reverse alarm.

OPTIONAL FEATURES The additional options are endless. These include: hydraulic ramps, electric or petrol/ diesel power packs, additional spare wheel carriers, additional toolboxes, alloy wheels, air bag suspension, shipping container tie down points, ABS braking system, bi-fold ramps, hand wash tanks and asset number decals.
