CONFERENCE We offer a comprehensive conference service to include full coverage of speeches, presentations and all activities within the congruence hall. As well as internal PR, we can include imagery for press releases.
AWARD CEREMONIES / EXHIBITIONS UTP Media are fully equipped to produce a full PR photography service to include images of speeches, awards presentations and exhibitions. When requested, awardees are able to receive a printed and framed copy of their photograph. In addition, we can provide a group table photograph for the guest’s which can also be printed and or presented on-line post event. Along with frames we also offer a picture folder, which can be printed with the clients corporate logo, event name and date.
DINNERS & LUNCHES Our photographers attend prior to commencement of your reception, and take picture of the event set-up for future marketing. A custom backdrop can be provided and images captured of couples / groups on arrival to the event. Where requested these images can be made available for viewing during the event and or printed and framed. Table photographs are also offered at all events. We are also happy to take images of cocktails on arrival and atmospheric shots throughout the evening and of speeches etc. for the event organiser and on-line galleries.
CORPERATE GOLF EVENTS Are you planning a corporate golf day? Allow the team at UTP Media to take care of your photographic needs. Our team of experienced photographers and editors will provide a unique record of your event including:
