Evaluation of Some Diary Cattle Feeds in Jiangxi Province with CNCPS,RFV and GI ZHANG Ji-kun1,2 ,LI Long-rui2 ,ZOU Qing-hua1 ( 1. Ltd. ,Xiajiang 331400,China) Abstract: To get the basic data for methods of Weende,Van Soest and CNCPS being used in Jiangxi cow industry reasonably,rice straw ( RS) ,Medicago Sativa L. ( MSL) ,corn stover ( CS) ,soybean curb residues ( SBCR) and brewer’s grains ( BG) were collected from several dairy farms in Jiangxi Province,and nutrient components were analysed with these methods respectively. Furthermore PA,PB1 ,PC and PB3 in CP and CC,CB2 ,CB1 and CA in carbohydrate of the diary feeds as well as their relative feed value ( RFV) and grading index ( GI) were also calculated respectively. It is suggested that whether to use RFV or GI or CNCPS depends on the aim. Key words: diary feeds; nutritional value; RFV; GI; CNCPS 反刍动物营养评定体系的研究领域一直是反刍动物营养与饲料科学研究的核心内容 。近 20 年来, 我国反刍动物营养研究进步很快,但与美国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国相比,还存在着很大差距。 目前, Weende 体系[1]仍然被广泛使用。Van Soest 体系[2] 针对 Weende 体系中的 NFE( nitrogen free extract,无 氮浸出物) 与 CF( crude fiber,粗纤维) 这 2 个指标进行了重新划分与修正。Weende 体系与 Van Soest 体 系是进行饲料营养价值评定的基础体系 ,其不足就在于其所分析的指标为表观性的静态指标 ,也没有与 动物联系起来。因而,既不能说明反刍动物对饲料的消化利用情况 ,又不能全面地反映饲料的营养价 收稿日期:2012 - 05 - 01
