In der Normandie, dem Herzen der französischen Vollblutzucht, liegt das von Vittorio RIVA modernisierte und international anerkannte Gestüt. Vittorio RIVA, stellvertretender Präsident des italienischen Rennsportverbandes und Präsident der FEE erwarb 1972 das Gestüt, nachdem er in seinem Mutterland Italien, als Besitzer und Züchter sehr erfolgreich war. MENDEZ, Vater des Ausnahmevererbers LINAMIX, ist einer der wichtigen Zuchterfolge der Familie RIVA. Das Gestüt wird heute in alter Familientradition weitergeführt. Mit seiner Hengststation, für bis zu fünf Deckhengsten ausgelegt und als Zuchtstätte vieler Black Type Sieger, wie VORDA, OMBRAGE, GENGIS, SHAHEER, MAYASAA, SIR BANI YAS… bieten wir Ihnen, als Züchter und Pferdebesitzer, ein weit gefächertes Leistungsangebot. l

Pferdepension

Mit seinen 140 Boxen und 150 Hektar Weideland, hat das Gestüt die Möglichkeit, Pferde ganzjährig zu versorgen. Fachpersonal und Qualität sind für uns Pflicht. l Hengststation

Seit 35 Jahren beherbergt das Gestüt seine eigenen Deckhengste. Für die nächste Decksaison sind die Deckhengste ORPEN und CIMA DE TRIOMPHE im Haras du Thenney aufgestellt. l

Auktionsvorbereitung

Das Gestüt ist auf allen europäischen Auktionen mit Erfolg vertreten. Wir bereiten gerne auch Ihre Pferde für eine Auktion vor, (Fohlen, Jährlinge, Mutterstuten).

Wir empfangen wir Sie gerne in unserem Gestüt, das nur 10 Minuten von Deauville gelegen ist.

Nel cuore della Normandia, l’Haras du Thenney fu acquistato nel 1972 da Vittorio RIVA, Vice-presidente del Jockey Club e Presidente del FIA in Italia. Lo stesso lo modernizzò e ne fece un allevamento internazionalmente riconosciuto e stimato. Nell’intervallo, Vittorio RIVA aveva raggiunto ottimi risultati in Italia come proprietario e allevatore con le Scuderie Diamante ed ElVi; mentre in Francia con Miss Shirley fece il record delle aste di Deauville e fra i tanti prodotti allevò anche MENDEZ, padre di LINAMIX un riproduttore eccezionale. A tutt’oggi, la famiglia RIVA continua questa tradizione. Fonte di numerosi Black-type (VORDA, OMBRAGE, GENGIS, HANDSOME MAESTRO, SHAHEER, MAYASA, SIR BANI YAS…) e allevamento rinnomato di stalloni, offriamo le soluzioni tra le più innovative e moderne adattate ad ogni allevatore e proprietario. l

Pensioni

La struttura è dotata di una grande capacità di accoglienza, 140 box, e si estende su un territorio di 150 ettari di pascolo il tutto gestito da un personale altamente qualificato. L’allevamento vi offre la possibilità di stazionare ed allevare i vostri cavalli usufruendo delle migliori strutture e del sistema francese. l

35 anni siamo specializzati nella riproduzione del purosangue, l’allevamento possiede - ORPEN e CIMA DE TRIOMPHE - e può stazionare fino a 5 stalloni.

Preparazione alle aste

L’allevamento è presente con successo a tutte le aste europee e può occuparsi della preparazione e della presentazione dei vostri cavalli, (yearlings, fattrici, foals, e cavalli in e fuori allenamento).

Situated in the heart of Calvados, Haras du Thenney was bought in 1972 by the Italian owner-breeder Vittorio RIVA, vicepresident of the Jockey Club and President of EBF in Italy. He modernised the stud and made it into an internationally recognised operation, breeding many stakes performers including MENDEZ, the sire of champion miler LINAMIX. During this time Vittorio RIVA also reached summit as an owner-breeder in Italy. Today his family carries on the long-standing tradition. Haras du Thenney continues to produce black-type horses such as VORDA, OMBRAGE, GENGIS, HANDSOME MAESTRO, SHAHEER, MAYASA, SIR BANI YAS etc and is a well-known stallion farm. We offer a complete Bloodstock service that can be tailored to suit the requirement of each individual breeder. l Boarding

The stud boasts a large stabling with capacity of 140 boxes and extensive land area totalling 370 acres (150 ha), all of which is supervised by high qualified staff and offers the best possible environment to accommodate your horses. l Stallions Haras du Thenney has been a successful stallion farm for 35 years and has the capacity to comfortably cater for 5 stallions.
