ENFIDHA INDUSTRIA AL PARK - TUNISIA
WHERE THE IDEA CAME FROM ENFIDHA INDUSTRIAL PARK is a great project created to meet the ever increasing interest that international companies are developing for Tunisia, considered a country which offers most favourable opportunities for off-shoring investment. The Tunisian Government has given the project a large area near Enfidha, a town 100 km south of Tunis, half way between Hammamet and Sousse. The area covers approximately two million square metres. The first part, one third of the total, has already been developed and serviced.
The area is available for international nonpolluting export industries, with a special regard to those sectors in which Tunisia proves to be most advanced and is able to meet the market’s demands, namely plastics processing, electronic and electro-technical components, agroindustry, agro- mechanics, light machines and textiles. The ENFIDHA INDUSTRIAL PARK will provide all modern business support services, such as banking, translation services, office space, shipping, customs, medical surgeries, catering, hotels and leisure facilities.
DIET S.A., the company which owns the land, has completed the development of the first part, where dy for sale. firms have already started their activity. Lots are read
