Abstract This study was conducted to determine the efficacy of Neem (N) leaves, Turmeric (T) and Cinnamon (C) i.e. NTC extract as a growth promoter in broilers. A total of 20 day old broiler chicks were purchased from Kazi Farms and after seven days divided into two groups A and B. No vaccination schedule was practiced and no antibiotics were added in ration. The A group was not supplemented with NTC extract in drinking water. The B group was supplemented with NTC extract @ 1ml/litre in drinking water. Weekly observations were recorded for live body weight gain up to 6th weeks and blood test was performed at 21st and 42nd days age of broiler to find out hematological changes between control A and treated B group. The FCR value in Group A was 2.30 and in group B was 2.12 as a result it indicated that NTC extract played vital role in body weight gain and protected mortality in Group B. Production of broilers in treated group B was economic than control group. The treatment of group B recorded statistically non- significant for live body weight at 1st and 2nd weeks than that of control group A but found statistically significant at 3rd (p
