eFCZ Enhancement Update  1‐ ZB 1 (Import), ZB 1 (Export), ZB 1 (Transshipment) Declaration  The submission button will be disable/ hide if the Total FOB Value not equal +/‐ 5 % of Total  Description of Goods Value.   Please folow the steps below to proceed your declaration  a) Choose your payment type (FOB/CNF/CIF)   b) Press calculate button to get final payment details  c) For the payment type of FOB or CNF your Total Description on Goods should be +/‐ 5 % of  Total FOB Value – As mark as C in the Image.  d) For the payment type of CIF your Total Description on Goods should be +/‐ 5 % of Value in  RM for  FOB Value– As mark as D in the Image. 

 

2‐ Pre‐Declaration for ZB 1 (Import), ZB 1 (Export), ZB 1 (Transshipment) Declaration and ZB1  (Value Added)  Explainary of Pre‐Declaration  a) To proceed to ZB1 (Import) declaration please choose Zb1 Pre‐Declare menu  The purpose of ZB1 Pre –Declare    • To save  incomplete or  complete data  ZB1 declaration.  • ZB1 data incomplete or complete can be updated after declaration.   • To Update ZB1 Incomplete data – The data can be edited  until the  required  information is fully key in.  • ZB1 Save  Incomplete  ‐ input all information (consignor,consignee,shipping  agent,terminal operator and movement details).  • ZB1 Save Complete ‐ input all information (consignor,consignee,shipping  agent,terminal operator and movement details, Description of goods(mandatory),  supporting document (optional).      b) To proceed to ZB1 (Export) declaration please choose Zb1 Pre‐Declare menu  • To save  incomplete or  complete data ZB2 declaration.  • ZB2 data incomplete or complete can be updated after declaration.   • To Update ZB2 Incomplete data – The data can be edited  until the  required  information is fully key in.  • ZB2 Save  Incomplete  ‐ input all information (consignor,consignee,shipping  agent,terminal operator and movement details).  • ZB2 Save Complete ‐ input all information (consignor,consignee,shipping  agent,terminal operator and movement details, Description of goods(mandatory),  supporting document (optional).      c) To proceed to ZB1 (Transshipment) declaration please choose Zbi Pre‐Declare menu  • To save  incomplete or  complete data  ZB3 declaration.  • ZB3 data incomplete or complete can be updated after declaration.   • Update ZB3 Incomplete data– The data can be edited  until the  required  information is fully key in.  • ZB3 Save  Incomplete  ‐ input all information (Consignor, consignee, terminal  operator code, date movement, incoming flight info (Flight no , flight date, master  awb no,house awb no) and outcoming flight info (Flight no , flight date, master awb  no,house awb no)  • ZB3 Save Complete ‐ input all information (Consignor, consignee, terminal operator  code, date movement incoming flight info (Flight no, flight date, master awb  no,house awb no) and outcoming flight info (Flight no , flight date, master awb  no,house awb no),payment details and goods of desc)    d) To proceed to ZB1 (Value Added) declaration please choose Zbi Pre‐Declare menu

To save  incomplete or  complete  data for ZB4 declaration.  ZB4 data incomplete or complete can be updated after declaration.   Update ZB4 Incomplete data – The data can be edited  until the  required  information is fully key in.  ZB4 Save  Incomplete  ‐ input all information (Application –name and address,  activity doer (address in the fcz), activity type and movement details)  ZB4 Save Complete ‐ input all (Application –name and address, activity doer(address  in the fcz),activity type, movement details, finished goods, original goods,  supporting doc and declarant) 

  e) To proceed to Pre Declare List for Online Submission please choose Pre‐Declare List  • This menu is to displayed all the information of ZB by selection the type of ZB.  • Update menu ‐ provided for data updating (ZB1,ZB2,ZB3,ZB4).  • Selection menu  and submission  button – submission data for Authority approval.

A) This searching module  is to displayed list of ZB by selection the type of ZB. The list of data shown that  response status are save complete or incomplete based on pre‐declaration(save compelete or save  incomplete).   B) The update button will be enabled to make sure all the  information can be updated.   C) The selection will be enabled when response status is save compelete. Selection menu is provided for  data submission.
