bibliography database (EndNote) and to build a webpage with the distributions maps of the species of medical importance within the genus Centruroides Marx, 1860 in Mexico. Peer Review: Reviewer of American Museum Novitates, Bulletin of the American Museum of Natural History, Zootaxa, Journal of Arachnology, Invertebrate Systematics, Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society, Zookeys, Revista Mexicana de Biodiversidad. Field Work: I have accompanied Dr. Oscar F. Francke on field excursions to collect scorpions in the following states: Campeche, Colima, Estado México, Guanajuato, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Jalisco, Michoacan, Morelos, Puebla, Oaxaca (mainly), Queretaro, Quintana Roo, Veracruz and Yucatan. On August 2006 I accompanied Dr. Oscar Francke and Dr. W. D. Sissom on field expedition to Nuevo Leon, San Luis Potosi and Tamaulipas. I have leaded several field trips to Oaxaca and Puebla as part of two phD dissertations. I participated as a volunteer for the project of a graduate student, Ana Quijano, in collecting scorpions for her thesis work in Guerrero. I’ve collected arachnids in several countries such as Morocco, Colombia, Cuba, Honduras, Belize and Guatemala as part of different projects.
