Secure entry The bank zweiplus e-banking system utilizes a four-step verification mechanism:

+ Individual user identification number (User-ID)

+ Personal password + Customer’s personal mobile number + One-time SMS access code (mobilelogin)

Secure payment transactions with mTan You have the option of designating a general valid limit on the amount of all payment transactions effected from your account. If payments are transacted that exceed this limit, you will be required to release them by means of an SMS (short message service). This takes effect when the payment recipient is registered for the first time. The SMS contains the outgoing payment amount, the recipient account and a one-time Transaction Authorization Number (mTAN). After you have verified the payment data, you release the transaction through entering the mTAN. In this way, we ensure that your payment securely reaches the designated recipient.

Step-by-step into e-banking Each time you log in (  1 and 2  ), you automatically receive an access code via SMS (mobile-login) (  3 and 4  ). After entering the SMS access code (  5 and 6  ), you are granted access to (  7 and 8  ) the bank zweiplus e-banking system. Transmission of the SMS access code is free of charge for customers.
