Multi - Grade Hydraulic Oil SAE 10W40 DESCRIPTION: OMEGA 606 Multi-Grade Hydraulic Oil is a high-performance,
high-viscosity,
multi-
grade hydraulic oil, offering a much greater film strength than ordinary hydraulic oils. OMEGA 606 has been designed to function with superior results, without change, for 10 years
in
most
existing
and
advanced
hydraulic systems.
The red and crystal clear appearance lets OMEGA 606 stand out from the crowd – also serves as a bright indicator of excellent lubrication performance in action
KEY BENEFITS: Benefits • • • • •
Special Features
Extended oil and equipment lifespan Minimum deposits and sludge formation Cleaner hydraulic systems Enhanced efficiency of hydraulic performance Outstanding anti-corrosion property especially with multi-metallurgy components & close tolerance hydraulic systems
• Excellent anti-wear protection with extra high load capacity • Sustained lubricity despite temperature fluctuations & water attack • Genuine versatility on the widest range of components of high performance hydraulic systems • Savings from overall inventory cost
• Excellent thermal and oxidation stability
• Reliable anti-corrosion package + OMEGA MegaliteÅ supplement as protection enhancers • Well-balanced OMEGA ‘s proprietary additive package • High viscosity & great film strength • Premium multi-grade oil base stock with high viscosity index
OUTSTANDING VISCOSITY: OMEGA 606 is highly viscous, so unlike ordinary hydraulic oils which are made from naphthenic crude, refined-waste or lowgrade sulphur oils, OMEGA 606 ensures constant pressure, high volumetric efficiency, zero or minimal slippage and versatile application.

THERMAL RESISTANCE: OMEGA 606 significantly minimizes wear and frictional energy take-up by resisting temperature
build-up.
Some
common
hydraulic oils are made from Iranian heavy crude, Nigerian crude, Qatar crude, Ratawi crude, or other low quality oils which are prone to large temperature fluctuations. This results in pressure loss, unnecessary energy intake and slow & sluggish response.

UNPARALLELED LUBRICITY: Endowed
by
the
proprietary
lubricity
enhancing additive package, OMEGA 606 proves itself to be an exceptional lubricant. OMEGA 606’s special paraffinic mineral base oil is the foundation of an unparalleled lubricant that industrial users can trust. OMEGA 606 does not thin excessively in Self-centering hydraulic spreader
service and resists mixing with water since it quickly separates into an oil phase that sustains strong lubricity in the presence of water. SUPERIOR OXIDATION AND WEAR RESISTANCE: OMEGA 606 is a premium grade oil that combats oxidation, where low grade oils have an acidic build-up (leading to corrosion of the entire hydraulic system), OMEGA 606 maintains a very low pH, and therefore there is no acid build-up and no resultant oxidation. OMEGA 606 is also fortified with special metal deactivators, and these, combined with its exceptional lubrication abilities,
