How To Setup an Online Distributor Account 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. 2. Before taking any further steps, note that you must be a Dixon distributor to have online order access. If you are not sure whether you are or would like to inquire about becoming a distributor, please contact Dixon customer service at 877.963.4966 or [email protected]. On the Log in Page for Dixon Distributors Not Yet Registered, click the Create An Online Distributor Account link. This will take you to the Distributor Online Account Application Page. Complete all required fields of the application and click Submit at the bottom of the page.

3. Your application will be reviewed and a response will be sent via email within 1 business day .

How To Setup a Non-Distributor Login 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. 2. Before taking any further steps, note that this account is for Non-Distributors who want to have access to Dixon Literature and other online features such as the Dixon Pressure Recommendation Chart. This type of account will not allow you access to Dixon ordering, stock check, or other ordering processes. If you are a distributor who would like to have online access, please see How To Setup an Online Distributor Account on page 3. If you would like to inquire about becoming a distributor, please contact Dixon customer service at 877.963.4966 or [email protected]. On the Log in Page under Not A Distributor?, click the Create a Login for Downloads and Interactive Resources link which will take you to the Create Your Dixon Account Page. Complete all the required fields of the form and upon completion click Create New Account, this will take you to My Account. Your Dixon account is now active! You now have full access to the many resources we offer on this site. Be sure to review your account information before continuing to confirm everything is correct.

3. Be sure to write down your Dixon Account Login information so you won’t forget.  (Please note that Dixon will not be able to provide passwords should it be forgotten. Refer to Forget Your Password? link on page 6 to assist in retrieving this information.)

How To Login to My Online Distributor Account 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. 2. Before taking any further steps, note that you must be a Dixon distributor to have online access. On the Login Page fill in the fields with your Email Address and Password. 3.

How To Login to My Non-Distributor Account 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. 2. Before taking any further steps, note this account is for Non-Distributors who want to have access to Dixon Literature and other online features such as the Dixon Pressure Recommendation Chart. If you are a distributor who would like to have online access please see How To: Setup an Online Distributor Account on page 3. If you would like to inquire about becoming a distributor please contact Dixon customer service at 877.963.4966 or [email protected]. On the Log in Page fill in the fields with your Email Address and Password. 3.

How To Access Cloned Accounts 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, the Account Switch Tab indicates you have cloned account access.

3. In order to access a Cloned Account click the drop down arrow, and then select from your multiple Dixon Distributor Account Numbers. Each Account Number corresponds with your company’s branch locations.

4. Once selected, click the Switch Tab to change to a different Cloned Account. Your confirmation will be a highlighted green box with the text “Switched to Dixon Account 000000”.

Repeat steps 3-4 to access another Cloned Account.

How To Edit Account Information 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Accounts and Information column, click Account Information. This will take you to the Edit Account Page.

3. Once on the Edit Account Page, you will see all the fields that you can edit. The only field that you cannot edit is the Dixon Account Number field. After you make your changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the page and this will immediately save your changes.

How To Change My Password 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Accounts and Information column, click Change My Password. This will take you to the Change Password Page.

3. Once on the Change Password Page, you will see all of the fields that you can edit. Create your new password. Passwords must be 8-20 characters and contain both upper and lowercase letters as well as at least one number and punctuation. Please note passwords cannot be the same as your name or email address. Upon creating your new password, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to immediately save your changes.

How To Complete the New Product Request Form

1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Accounts and Information column, click New Product Request Form This will take you to the DVCC - New Product Idea Form.

3. Once on the DVCC - New Product Idea Form, you will see all of the fields that you can edit Complete all required fields and click Submit. Your form will be sent to Dixon’s Innovation Center for review.

How To Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Accounts and Information column, click Return Goods Authorization. This will open up an email, under your email account, addressed to [email protected]. Within the body of the email please include the following:

PO number Invoice number (if you have available) Part numbers, quantity Reason for RGA Contact information

3. Click send. Submittal of information does not guarantee an RGA. Please allow up to one business day for Dixon to contact you.

How To Create A Sub Account 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Accounts and Information column, click Sub Accounts. This will take you to the Sub Accounts Page.

3. Once on the Sub Accounts Page, click Create a New Sub Account. This will take you to the Create A Sub Account Page.

How To Create A Sub Account (continued) 4. On the Create a Sub Account Page, complete all the required fields. You have the option to assign specific features to each sub account. If you would like the Sub-Account holder to have all of the same features as you click Yes under Admin Privileges. Confirm that you have the Status toggle of the sub account set to Enabled, otherwise, if set to Disabled, the sub account user will not have Log In access.

5. After completing the required fields and assigning features to the sub account, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Your sub account is ready to be used. An email will be sent to the sub account user’s email address providing a temporary password as well as instructions on how to change their password.

How To Create My Shipping Addresses 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Accounts and Information column, click Shipping Addresses. This will take you to the My Shipping Addresses Page.

3. Once on the My Shipping Addresses Page, click Add a New Address. This will take you to the Add Shipping Address Page. Complete the required fields, and click Save at the bottom of the page. Your new shipping address is ready to use. You have the option to make the address a default by checking the Make Default box towards the bottom of the page. You also have the options to Edit and Delete the shipping addresses. To expand the Address Name click the [+] symbol.

How To Place an Order 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Orders column, click My Cart/ Place an Order. This will take you to the My Cart Page.

How To Place an Order (continued) 3. Once on the My Cart Page, you will see the instructions Enter a part number and quantity. 4. Enter a valid part number in the Part Number field, example: AM6. 5. Enter a numerical number in the Quantity field, example: 10. 6. After filling in both the Part Number and Quantity fields, click the Add to Cart button.

7. Upon clicking Add to Cart, the items in your cart will appear below. You can continue steps 4-6 until you have added all desired items to your cart. You will be able to view your List Price, Net Price, Row Subtotal and overall Subtotal. You can also Add to Cart through the Check Stock and Quick Orders features.

How To Place an Order (continued) 8. You can check availability on the part that you added to your cart without having to go to the Check Stock feature. Under the Availability column is a Branches link. Click on the link to open up a page that displays which Dixon branches have the part and quantity you requested.

How To Place an Order (continued) 9. After adding all of the items to your cart, click on the Proceed to Checkout button. This will take you to the Checkout Page.

10. Once on the Checkout Page, you have the option to select your presaved Shipping Address. 11. You also have the option to Enter a New Address. 12. When you have finished selecting or entering your new shipping address, click the Continue to Next Step button.

How To Place an Order (continued) 13. Following the Checkout Shipping Address Page, you are now on the Order Options Page. Here you will need to fill in your Ship Via (if carrier is other than UPS, please select the Other option in the drop down menu and note in the Other Shipping Method field what carrier you would like to use). Additional fields to complete include: branch location you want parts to be shipped from, purchase order number, attention, tag number and any special instructions for the order. After all required fields are complete, click Verify your order at the bottom of the page.

14. After verifying your order, you are now on the Review Order Page. This page gives you a final chance to review all the information and make sure everything is accurate. Once the order has been reviewed, click Place Your Order at the bottom of the page. 15. If this order will be used for future purchases, you can add it to your Quick Orders by checking the box at the bottom left.

How To Place an Order (continued) 16. Congratulations your order is now complete! You will be directed to a Checkout Complete Page. On this page, you can see all of the information on your purchase.

How To Upload an Order 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Orders column, click Upload an Order. This will take you to the Upload an Order Page.

3. On the Upload an Order Page, you will see that you can upload a file in two formats, .CSV and .XLSX. To ensure your order is submitted properly, please use the templates provided. If you choose not to download the templates, make sure the column headers read ‘Part Number’ and ‘Quantity’ for both formats. 4. To choose your file to upload, click the Choose File button, locate your file and add. 5. Once your file is added, click the Upload button. 6. You then have the option to either Add Order to Cart or to Buy Now.

7. After you choose to Add Order to Cart or to Buy Now, your order has completed the upload process.

How To Add/View Quick Orders 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Orders column, click Quick Orders. This will take you to the Quick Orders Page.

3. On the Quick Orders Page, you can view your saved Quick Orders, and edit, delete, add to cart, add all quick orders to cart or buy now. 4. You will be able to add a Quick Order from several locations in your account including the My Cart/ Place an Order and View Orders & Invoices options.

How To View Orders & Invoices 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Orders column, click View Your Orders & Invoices. This will take you to the View Your Orders & Invoices Page.

How To View Orders & Invoices (continued) 3. Once on the View Your Orders & Invoices Page, you will automatically be directed to your Open Orders. For each open order listed, you will find the order #, purchase order # and order date. 4. You also have the option to Add to Quick Orders. 5. If you know your PO number you can enter it in the PO Number search field located at the top of the page. This feature will only show your order details, it is not to be used as an invoice or confirmation that your order has been shipped.

6. After clicking the Add to Quick Orders option, you will be directed to the Add to Quick Order Page where you will be prompted to create a name for your quick order and add notes. Once all notes are entered, select the Save option. To learn how to add/view your Quick Orders please refer to the How To Create Quick Orders section of the manual on page 22.

How To View Orders & Invoices (continued) 7. You also have the option to view closed orders. On the View Your Orders & Invoices Page, select the Closed Orders option.

8. Once clicking the Closed Orders option, you will be directed to a page displaying all of your closed orders. For each closed order listed, you will be able to view the order #, invoice #, purchase order #, tracking #, order date and invoice date. 9. From the Closed Orders Page, you have the ability to retrieve a copy of your invoice. If you know your invoice number enter it in the Invoice Number search field located at the top of the page above the list of closed orders and then click the Search option. This feature retrieves a printable copy of the invoice. You can also search for your invoice using your purchase order number, enter it in the PO Number search field and then click the Search option. 10. From the Closed Orders Page, you also have the option to Add to Quick Orders.

How To View Orders & Invoices (continued) 11. Once the order is located you have the option to track it. This feature is only available for orders shipped via UPS. You can find this feature under the Tracking # column, click the link and you will be directed to the UPS tracking webpage.

How To Check Stock 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the My Account Page, below the Orders column, click Check Stock. This will take you to the Check Stock Page.

How To Check Stock (continued) 3.  Once on the Check Stock Page, enter the part number and quantity. 4. For example, if you want to check availability for 10 pieces of an AM6, you would enter AM6 in the Part Number field and 10 in the Quantity field. 5. Click the Check Stock option to view all locations where items are available. 6.  You can check stock on as many part numbers as you would like. The Add 1 More Row option will generate additional fields should you need more space.

After clicking the Check Stock option, you will be directed to a page displaying your primary branch location as well as all of the locations where stock is available. 8. You will have the option to either Check Additional Stock, Add to Cart, or Add All Items to Cart. 9. If you choose to Add to Cart, you can then select the View Cart option to see all items currently in your cart.

How To Check Stock (continued) 9. After clicking the View Cart option you will be directed to the My Cart Page where you can view all of the items currently in your cart. For each item listed, you will find the part number, description, list price, net price, quantity and subtotal. 10. On this page you also have the option to add items to your cart. Under the Enter a Part Number and Quantity heading, enter the additional part number(s) you would like to add as well as the quantity. Select the Add to Cart option. The new part number will be displayed under the Items in My Cart heading. Continue this process until all items are in your cart. 11. If there are items you do not want to purchase in your cart, you have the option to remove them. Select the red circle under the Remove heading next to any part number(s) you wish to take out of your cart. 12.  Click the Proceed to Checkout button once all items you wish to purchase are in your cart.

How To Access Product Literature 1. On Dixon’s webpage, dixonvalve.com, go to the top right corner and click Log in, this will take you to the Log in Page. Complete the Email Address and Password fields, and click Log in. 2. Once logged into your account, you can either scroll your mouse over to get a toggle of the options under Resources or you can click on Resources to be taken to a page where you can review all of the resources options. 3.

 After choosing a method, click the Product Literature option. This will take you to the Product Literature page.

How To Access Product Literature (continued) 4. On the Product Literature Page you can click the View All Resources drop down, View All Divisions drop down or use the search box to find specific pieces of literature. For example, if you are looking for 2016 literature, you can type 2016 into the search box and hit enter. All of the 2016 literature available for download will appear. 5.

Click the Download icon to open the printable literature you are interested in viewing.

How To Access Product Literature (continued) 6. You also have the option to request product literature by mail. Clicking the Add to Request icon next to the available piece of literature will add it to your Request By Mail order. You can change the quantity to reflect the number of copies you would like. 7. To remove any unwanted product literature from your Request By Mail order, click the red circle next to the item you would like to remove. 8. Once you have requested all of the product literature you would like to receive by mail, click Submit Request. You also can clear all literature you have requested by clicking Remove All.
