DEPARTAMENTO DE OPERACIONES Este departamento es el encargado de integrar nuevas alianzas y colaboraciones. Con una alta y fuerte exigencia, garantiza la puesta a punto de todos los servicios y consigue la máxima optimización en las operaciones de todos los hoteles. Todos sus acciones se realizan bajo unos altos estándares de calidad y exigencia.
DEPARTAMENTO DE COMPRAS El departamento de Compras gestiona el proceso completo de compra de recursos, mobiliario y equipos (FF&E), suministros y equipo de operaciones (OS&E) para cada área de cada hotel. Además, cuenta con un programa para la gestión de la oferta de proyectos que sigue el proceso de cada proyecto, incluido los presupuestos, precios, expediciones, entregas, informes y análisis desde el principio hasta su finalización.
OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT This department is responsible for integrating new partnerships and collaborations. Regarding service quality, it’s very demanding, ensuring all services are finely tuned and achieve the maximum optimisation of operations in all the hotels. All its activities are carried out under the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT The Purchasing Department manages the complete process of purchasing Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) for each area of the hotel. It also has a program for managing the proposals and procedures that each project follows, including budgets, prices, shipments, deliveries, reports and analysis from the very beginning to completion.

GESTIÓN DE INGRESOS Este departamento apoya a los establecimientos a conseguir una mayor cuota de mercado y rentabilidad. El equipo estudia las tendencias del pasado, presente y futuro para ayudar a fijar precios y estrategias de inventario. Así, ofrece a cada establecimiento un modelo de servicios y costes de acuerdo al negocio, su tamaño y su entorno de mercado.
DEPARTAMENTO DE IT Este departamento es el responsable de dirigir y coordinar todos los servicios relacionados con los sistemas y aplicaciones informáticas en los hoteles y centros de trabajo. También se encarga de dar seguimiento a nuevos proyectos, en asesorar en la contratación de servicios y la negociación con los proveedores. Este departamento es el encargado del funcionamiento del sistema que permite controlar de forma integrada todas las áreas de gestión de los establecimientos: recepción, administración, TPVs, almacenes y economatos, CRM, central de compras, business intelligence, movilidad.
DEPARTAMENTO DE DISEÑO Y CONSTRUCCIÓN Este departamento es el responsable de trazar y ejecutar los planes de diseño y construcción de nuevos establecimientos y espacios así como de remodelación, restauración o actualización de los ya existentes. El personal especializado tienen como máxima el confort, la calidad y el diseño para conseguir ambientes cálidos y acogedores adaptados al entorno, el destino y las necesidades de los huéspedes.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT This department supports all the group’s business ventures in achieving a greater share of the market and improving profitability. The team studies past, present and future trend to help in setting prices and inventory strategies, and provides each establishment with a services and costs model in accordance with the business, its size and market environment.
IT DEPARTMENT This department is responsible for managing and coordinating all IT systems and applications related services in the hotels and work centres. It is also responsible for following up on new projects and advising on contracting services and negotiating with suppliers. It looks after the system’s operation which controls all the establishments’ management areas: reception, administration, POS terminals, stockrooms and commissaries, CRM, purchasing centre, business intelligence, mobile, etc.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT This department is responsible for drafting and implementing the design plans and the construction of new properties and facilities, as well as the refurbishment, renovation and upgrading of existing premises.
