The Grand Ballroom Merrimu’s Grand Ballroom is a purpose built function space of 450M2, providing unhindered viewing with large windows, raised staging and professional lighting. Adjacent to the room, it features a large useful foyer space with drive up access. The Ballroom can cater for up to 400 seated delegates and up to 600 guests for a cocktail function.

The Merrimu Room Complete with its own entrance, foyer and break out rooms the Merrimu Room can cater for groups from 10 to 100 seated delegates. All of our state of the art facilities are available in this room and is perfect for the smaller conference group.

Room hire prices are based on either a daytime session (9am-5pm) or evening (out by 10:30pm).

Terms & Conditions A 15% deposit of the total cost will be required to secure the booking and will be non-refundable. The cost of catering will be based on the quoted number of guests regardless of the number of attendees. Full payment of the account will be required on the day of the conference or function.
