THE STAR-SPANGLED BANNER O say can you see,—by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof thro' the night—that our flag was still there. O say does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

MARYLAND, MY MARYLAND

Thou wilt not cower in the dust, Maryland, My Maryland! Thy gleaming sword shall never rust, Maryland, My Maryland! Remember Carroll's sacred trust, Remember Howard's warlike thrust, And all thy slumb'rers with the just, Maryland, My Maryland! I hear the distant thunder hum, Maryland, My Maryland! The Old Line bugle, fife and drum, Maryland, My Maryland! Come to thine own heroic throng, That stalks with Liberty along, And ring thy dauntless slogan song, Maryland, My Maryland!

MARYLAND ALMA MATER

Hail! Alma Mater! Hail to thee, Maryland! Steadfast in loyalty For thee we stand. Love for the Black and Gold, Deep in our hearts we hold, Singing, thy praise forever, Throughout the land.
