Chatom Winery's beautiful location amidst the wine country of northern California’s alluring Sierra Nevada's, is the picture perfect location to hold your next wedding or event. Chatom's grounds include a unique Mediterranean outdoor facility with a large cobblestone courtyard, surrounded by flourishing gardens and lush arbor. All Events Include: • A pre-event meeting • full rehearsal and day of coordination • rehearsal to be held at scheduled time of ceremony, day prior to event and take no more than 2 hours. • coordinator will work with bride to prepare and execute rehearsal and day of time line and schedule. • Coordinator will place pre-discussed and prepared decoration items. • choice of one ceremony and one reception site • grass, garden, courtyard and cellar available depending on time of year and size of party • set up and tear down of event • 1 hour (4 man hours) of décor set up • use of 2 commercial coffee pots • access to use of outdoor umbrellas • access to use of large outdoor heaters (price of propane not included) • we haul and clean up all trash • use of tables • bridal party, guests, appetizers and buffet table, gift table, guest book and coffee station. • White Costco folding Chairs • Team on hand throughout event to keep thing running smoothly • one indoor bathroom facility • Space for caterer to prep and serve food • dressing area available two hours prior to event • assistance with personal day of event insurance • 6 hours of event time • Pick up of personal items, gifts, and lost and found items, day after event.

Deposit: There will be a non-refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500-1000 dollars (depending on party size) due at the time of reservation in order to hold a date. In the event of a cancellation, at any point in the planning process, this deposit is non-refundable. Payment information: The non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation in order to hold a date. Half of full event charges are due 6 months in advance of event. Full Payment of Event is due 3 months in advance of event At any time, in the event of any cancellations all previous payments are nonrefundable.
Event Insurance Chatom Winery requires that a single day General Liability Insurance policy is held through the renter’s personal insurance. Proof of this insurance must be presented to Chatom the week prior to the event.
Chatom Wine Only our brands of Wine will be poured onsite. Due to licensing restrictions only beer and wine may be poured at our events. Chatom will gladly serve your beer from the bar for a minimal fee of $150, but must be approved ahead of time. We do allow champagne to be brought onsite to be poured by our bartender for a corkage fee of 10 dollars a bottle The bar will open immediately following the ceremony and close a half hour before the end of each event. *we invite you to taste our three lines of wine in both of our tasting rooms in order to make your purchases.
