Business Proposal Action Process & Private Investigations, LLC would like to offer your firm a flat rate discounted service fee for Arkansas statewide of $45.00 (all 75 counties), for routine service instead of our normal fees along with these free services. This flat rate fee proposal would include a home and work address or two possible addresses located in the same county with UNLIMITED ATTEMPTS in return to your commitment to us. NATIONWIDE SERVICE: We usually charge $100.00 for any service outside of Arkansas but we are offering you a special discounted rate of $75.00 for any service being made outside of Arkansas in return for your commitment to us. We guarantee a minimum of (5) attempts outside of Arkansas.

Our Step by Step Process CASE FILINGS: If you select, you can send us the Summons & Complaints with the courts checks and we will forward your cases to the courts for FREE and monitor filing status while keeping you updated the entire time. Once we receive the file marked service documents from the courts, we will scan the documents to a shared drop box folder so you can access them 24/7, we would email you a daily spreadsheet of the cases we received back from the courts which will include the case number and file marked date and process them for service. PAYMENT: We require prepayment with all orders, you can pay as you go with a check or credit card or set up a recurring payment account by E-Check or Credit Card. We can either generate an electronic check from your checking account or charge your credit card on file as each order is received to avoid paying as you go. DOCUMENTS: We receive the case documents for service; we can receive the service documents by email, website, mail, pick up (local) or we can share a drop box folder with your office and you could simply email us a list of files once they have been scanned to drop box and we can print them off from within our office. PREPARE FOR SERVICE: Our proof reader will review the assignment and prepare the case for service, making sure the data (case details/person being served/address for service) was entered in correctly, verifying that the service documents are correct as well as stamping the law for service on our server’s instruction sheet and an estimated target date for completion. ASSIGN: We assign the case to our process server; all of our servers are court appointed in the counties they serve and have had extensive background checks completed. We keep copies of all process servers current orders on file at all times. ATTEMPTS: We will then start making unlimited attempts until the service is obtained or the address/addresses (within same county) are confirmed as bad while reporting all efforts and the outcome to your office by email. PHOTOS: We submit photos with date & time stamp of the (address/mail box/person served/vehicles) with most of our updates which are made available to you on our website with 24/7 log in access. We have set this into place as an extra confirmation to present in court. SIGNATURES: We ask the person served to sign an acceptance form accepting the service on our APP, the Acceptance forms are sent to our office in email format and we keep them on file just in case the service is disputed as an extra confirmation to assist you in court. UPDATES: We will continue to send you updates by automated emails as they are reported and/or service and non service details. If you prefer not to receive a lot of emails, we can disable the emails and the same information can be viewed on our website 24/7 and we can also email you a daily activity spreadsheet report for all changes that take place daily. COMPLETION: We provide a professional typed Affidavit upon completion which can be viewed and printed form within our website within a few days from the date served/non served. We will file the completed Affidavits with the courts for you for FREE or we can mail the original Affidavits to your office upon closing the job out, whichever you prefer. FILEMARKED AFFIDAVITS: If we file the Affidavit for you, we would scan and attach the file marked Affidavit copy to the job upon receipt from the courts and we would send you an email once the File Marked Affidavit has been attached, this allows you to log in and view or print the file marked Affidavits. We can also fax the file marked Affidavits to your office as well if preferred. RECORDS: We back up all of our data on a daily basis to a huge server, this allows us to have records of all cases, including but not limited to servers updates, acceptance forms, photos and Affidavit copies. You will have access to all records on our APP or website 24/7.

ACCESS: We have a professional APP, Mobile Website and Website, this allows you to access your cases from any phone or tablet that has Internet access, the devise doesn’t have to be an iPhone or Android as long as you have internet access, and you have access to your cases 24/7. CLIENT REQUEST: We have several client representatives available by phone or email Monday – Friday to assist you with your request. We also have a “quick request” page on our website that allows you to submit your request to us by filling in a “quick” online form that is sent to the correct representative within our office to process on a daily basis. NETWORK: If you are using ServeX to Network, there ServeX fee of $5.00 can be added into our service fee to reflect one charge of $50.00 ($45.00 plus $5.00). However, you can DIRECT CONNECT and Network with us through DBS, our software provider for just $1.00 per job and receive the same benefits as you do with ServeX for a lot less money. We are set up to do either one of these networking options or none, whichever option you choose. **This is an optional service! FREE ADDRESS/LESS NON EST (OPTION A): If we confirm both original addresses in same county are bad, we will email a confirmed bad address report (5 day hold report), to your skip tracer after 5:00PM Monday – Friday instead on Non Serving your cases and allow you (5) days to research and provide a more current address. If you are able to provide a more current address in the same county within the (5) day hold period, we will attempt the new possible address using the original open job for FREE. We will make unlimited attempts at the free address, if the free address provided within the (5) day period is confirmed as a bad address, we would process the case as Non Est. We would automatically process all (5) day hold cases as Non Est. if we have not received a more current address form you by the (6th) day. If you provide another possible address after the (5) day period and/or an address located in another county (at any time), additional address fees will apply (same as original service fees). FREE ADDRESS/LESS NON EST (OPTION B): If we confirm both original addresses in same county are bad and don’t have a skip tracer and/or prefer this option. We can perform a free skip trace within our office before we non est. the case. If we are able to locate a more current address in the same county, we will attempt the new possible address using the original open job for FREE. We will make unlimited attempts at the free address, if the free address located is confirmed as a bad address, we would process the case as Non Est. We would automatically process all cases as Non Est. if we unable to locate another address in the same original county. If we locate another possible address in a different county, we would email the most current address for review and you could place an additional address order online if you select to have the new found address attempted, additional address fees would apply (same as original fees). Our goal is to offer you our professional services at the lowest rates possible and to receive “all” of your business.
