BOB’S STORES, LLC (“BOB’S STORES”) MASTERCARD® CREDIT CARD REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS As used in these Terms and Conditions, the words “you” and “your” refer to the owner(s) (primary and secondary cardmembers) of your Card Account (defined below) enrolled in the Bob’s Stores MasterCard® Credit Card Rewards Program described below (the “Credit Card Rewards Program”). First Bankcard ®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha (referred to herein as “we”, “us”, “our” and “First Bankcard”) is the issuer of the credit card account (the “Card Account”) and the sponsor of the Credit Card Rewards Program. You will earn rewards in two ways, under the best of bob’s® Rewards Program and the Credit Card Rewards Program. BEST OF BOB’S REWARDS PROGRAM: You can earn points (“Bob’s Stores Points”) through the best of bob’s Rewards Program, provided by Vestis Retail Group, LLC (“Vestis”). Bob’s Stores is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vestis. The best of bob’s Rewards Program allows you to earn Bob’s Stores Points by establishing a valid best of bob’s rewards account (“best of bob’s Rewards Account”) with Bob’s Stores. Bob’s Stores is solely responsible for the rules and administration of the best of bob’s® Rewards Program. The best of bob’s Rewards Program is provided by Vestis and is governed by separate Terms and Conditions found at www.bobstores.com/cs-bobs-rewards.html. All Bob’s Stores Points earned are redeemable through your best of bob’s Rewards Account under the best of bob’s Rewards Program. The best of bob’s Rewards Program may, at Bob’s Stores sole discretion, offer you additional, special limited time promotional opportunities to earn a greater number of Bob’s Stores Points in connection with certain Bob’s Stores Purchases or promotions. There may be a limit to the number of Bob’s Stores Points that you can earn in connection with certain Bob’s Stores Purchases or promotions, as determined by Bob’s Stores, and promotional Bob’s Stores Points may have a limited redemption period. CREDIT CARD REWARDS PROGRAM: The Credit Card Rewards Program is offered at our sole discretion and is dependent on the participation and cooperation of Bob’s Stores and Vestis. You earn points (“Points”) through the Credit Card Rewards Program (as described in the chart below) provided by First Bankcard. All transactions made on the Card Account are automatically reported to Bob’s Stores. Your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program will occur automatically when you receive the Card Account. You must be enrolled in the best of bob’s Rewards Program in order for transactions made to the Card Account to be reported to Bob’s Stores. When you were issued this Card Account you must have already been a best of bob’s Rewards Program member. As a best of bob’s Rewards Program member, your best of bob’s Rewards Account and your membership in the best of bob’s Rewards Program will remain in force in accordance with its Terms and Conditions, even if your Card Account is closed by you or by us. See the best of bob’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions appearing at www.bobstores.com/cs-bobs-rewards.html for full details. 1 Bob’s Stores Point (equal to 5% back) will be awarded for each $1.00 of Bob’s Stores Purchases posted to your Card Account. POINT AWARD

0.5 of a Bob’s Stores Point (equal to 2.5% back) will be awarded for each $1.00 of Net Purchases (excluding Bob’s Stores Purchases) posted to your Card Account.

ANNUAL CREDIT CARD REWARDS PROGRAM FEE

There is no Annual Rewards Program Fee; however, please review the “Fees” Section in your Cardmember Agreement and the accompanying Rates and Terms Schedule for information on possible annual or monthly Set-up and Maintenance fees associated with your Card Account.

POINT FORFEITURE

If the Card Account is closed (by your or by us), your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program will be terminated, and we will not provide Bob’s Stores with any additional transactions made by using the Card Account.

Active best of bob’s Rewards Program Members will automatically be awarded a Bob’s Stores $10.00 reward (“$10.00 reward”) for each 200 Bob’s Stores Points accrued in accordance with the best of bob’s Rewards Program Terms and POINT REDEMPTION Conditions. Each $10.00 reward can be used toward the future purchase of any Bob’s Stores merchandise. Please see www.bobstores.com/cs-bobs-rewards.html for additional information relating to the best of bob’s® Rewards Program. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to those set forth in your Cardmember Agreement governing your Card Account, which remains in full force and effect and is unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions, including any changes, will be posted by us and available through your Card Account detail page through the web address shown on your monthly Card Account statement. ENROLLMENT: The Credit Card Rewards Program is offered at our sole discretion and is dependent on the participation and cooperation of Bob’s Stores. The “Enrollment Date” is the date your Card Account is opened or, if later, the date your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program is completed. Credit Card Rewards Program membership will be automatically renewed each year at the same Terms and Conditions and at the same fees then in effect, if any, until you notify us that you are cancelling your card or your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program is terminated as otherwise permitted by these Terms and Conditions. To participate in the Credit Card Rewards Program, your Card Account must be open and your credit privileges must not be suspended. If your credit privileges have been suspended, transactions made using the Card Account will not be reported to Bob’s Stores. NET PURCHASES: “Net Purchases” are authorized, new purchases posted to your Card Account on or after your Enrollment Date, excluding refunds, credits (for returned merchandise or otherwise), and disputed billing items. Net Purchases do not include: (a) annual fees, finance charges and other fees or charges posted by us to your Card Account; (b) cash advances (including but not limited to cash received over the amount of Net Purchases charged to your Card Account, purchases of money orders or other cash equivalents) or special check transactions; (c) balance transfers; (d) charges for other products, services, or benefits that we provide (such as credit insurance premiums); or (e) other transactions that we determine not to be eligible. BOB’S STORES PURCHASES: “Bob’s Stores Purchases” are Net Purchases that are qualifying purchases on

all regular, sale and clearance merchandise made at Bob’s Stores, including the purchase of gift cards, and online purchases made at bobstores.com. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any transaction qualifies as a Bob’s Stores Purchase or Net Purchase (excluding Bob’s Stores Purchases) and our determination shall be final. BOB’S STORES POINTS: The number of Bob’s Stores Points that have been accumulated under the best of bob’s Rewards Program and the Credit Card Rewards Program can be viewed online through your best of bob’s Rewards Account. We reserve the right to retroactively correct errors made in Bob’s Stores Points awarded pursuant to the Credit Card Rewards Program. At its sole discretion, Bob’s Stores may award additional bonus Bob’s Stores Points in connection with certain purchases and/or promotions made under the Credit Card Rewards Program. Additional details and additional Terms and Conditions will be provided with such offers and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified therein. We reserve the right to determine which Bob’s Stores Purchases and/or Net Purchases are eligible for Credit Card Rewards Program bonus Bob’s Stores Points. There may be a limit to the number of bonus Bob’s Stores Points that can be earned in connection with certain purchases and/or promotions. REWARDS & REDEMPTION: If the Card Account is open and credit privileges have not been suspended, all transactions made on the Card Account are automatically reported to Bob’s Stores in a daily file prepared by us, and Bob’s Stores will make Bob’s Stores Points available through your best of bob’s Rewards Account based on the Card Account transactions provided (see the chart above). Active best of bob’s Reward Program members will automatically earn a $10.00 reward for each 200 Bob’s Stores Points accrued in accordance with the best of bob’s Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. All Terms and Conditions of the best of bob’s Rewards Program will apply. Bob’s Stores is solely responsible for honoring requests and all other aspects of the best of bob’s Rewards Program and the best of bob’s Rewards Account. Bob’s Stores may impose additional conditions, restrictions and limitations on the best of bob’s Rewards Program and on the Bob’s Stores Points after the Bob’s Stores Points are made available by Bob’s Stores in the cardholder’s best of bob’s Rewards Account. We are neither responsible for the best of bob’s Rewards Program nor Bob’s Stores products, services or decisions, or its refusal to honor redemption requests. We are also not responsible for making Bob’s Stores Points available in your best of bob’s Rewards Account, including any decision by Bob’s Stores not to credit your best of bob’s Rewards Account with Bob’s Stores Points awarded under the Credit Card Rewards Program. In the event the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions conflict with any rules, terms, or conditions of the best of bob’s® Rewards Program, the Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions will control with respect to all questions relating to the Credit Card Rewards Program. In the event the best of bob’s Rewards Program conflicts with any rules, terms, or conditions of the Credit Card Rewards Program, the best of bob’s Rewards Program will control with respect to all questions relating to the best of bob’s Rewards Program. If credit privileges have been suspended, transactions made on the Card Account will not be automatically reported to Bob’s Stores. If enrollment in the best of bob’s Rewards Program is terminated or cancelled for any reason, we may also cancel enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program. If enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program is terminated or cancelled for any reason, we will not report any further transactions to Bob’s Stores. Closing the Card Account (by you or by us) will result in the termination of your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program. We may change or terminate the Credit Card Rewards Program in our discretion at any time with or without prior notice to you. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS: You may not accumulate Bob’s Stores Points in connection with purchases made in violation of law or your Cardmember Agreement. Points cannot be redeemed for payment on your Card Account. No accommodation will be made for unused, forfeited, or discontinued or expired Points.

Points have no monetary value, are non-negotiable and do not constitute your property. The sale or barter of Points is prohibited and will void your Points. Points are not transferable in the event of the cardholder’s death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or for any other reason. We are not responsible and bear no liability for any disputes concerning the ownership, redemption or disposition of any Points. DISQUALIFICATION; TERMINATION: We may at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, disqualify any person and/or Card Account from participation in the Credit Card Rewards Program. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where your credit privileges have been suspended, there has been a violation of these Terms and Conditions, your Cardmember Agreement, or any other agreement you have with us, you have provided false or misleading information, or we suspect the Card Account or the Credit Card Rewards Program have been misused in any way, including, but not limited to, fraud, excessive transactions, or any other abuse. Disqualification may include closing your Card Account. Temporary disqualification may result in transactions made using the Card Account not being reported to Bob’s Stores; permanent disqualification will result in transactions made using the Card Account not being reported to Bob’s Stores. Closing your Card Account (by you or by us) will result in the termination of your enrollment in the Credit Card Rewards Program. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or terminate the Credit Card Rewards Program, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, with or without prior notice (except where required by law), and to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Credit Card Rewards Program at any time. Our decisions regarding the Credit Card Rewards Program are final. If we suspend the Credit Card Rewards Program or your enrollment in it, we will not report any further transactions to the best of bob’s Rewards Program during the suspension. If we cancel or terminate the Credit Card Rewards Program or your enrollment in it, we will not report any further transactions to the best of bob’s Rewards Program. If the Credit Card Rewards Program is terminated through no fault of your own, you will be notified of the date when we will no longer report any further transactions to the best of bob’s Rewards Program. CHANGES: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and to limit, modify, delete or otherwise change any aspect of the Credit Card Rewards Program and its rules, restrictions, benefits or features, in whole or in part, including but not limited to suspending or terminating all or part of the Credit Card Rewards Program, with or without prior notice (except where required by law). Changes may include, but are not limited to, the type of reward offered, the imposition of an annual Credit Card Rewards Program membership fee or other fee, and the increase of any fee that may be associated with the Credit Card Rewards Program. We may also substitute another Credit Card Rewards Program for this one, in our sole discretion with or without prior notice. TAX LIABILITY: Points or rewards may be subject to federal, state or local income tax. Determination and payment of any liability for federal, state, or local income taxes regarding the earning or redemption of Points are your sole responsibility. Please consult your tax advisor concerning any income or other tax consequences related to your participation in the Credit Card Rewards Program. AUDITS: We reserve the right to audit your Card Account for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event an audit reveals any discrepancies, we can correct any such discrepancies we discover. RELEASE OF INFORMATION: You consent to our release of information about you and your Card Account to third parties (including but not limited to, Bob’s Stores) as necessary or convenient to carry out the Credit Card Rewards Program or as permitted by applicable law. OTHER TERMS: The Credit Card Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions, all determinations of discrepancies and the resolution of all other disputes shall be at our sole discretion, and our decisions will be final. We are not responsible for problems beyond our control,

including but not limited to, communications or computer systems failures, war or acts of God. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. By participating in, claiming or accepting any benefits of the Credit Card Rewards Program, you consent to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions as stated herein and you agree to release us, Bob’s Stores, and each of our respective affiliates from any claim or liability relating to the Credit Card Rewards Program or your use of any Reward. Further, you agree to these Terms and Conditions by submission of payment for purchase under this Credit Card Rewards Program. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Nebraska law (excluding conflicts of law principles).
