BBI ABOUT US BLUEBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL Co W.L.L. was established in 2003 by our Chairman and Chief Executive, Eng. Feras Saleh Mubarak Al-Obaid a Kuwaiti National and a Civil Engineer by profession. It was his intention to expand his business into various segments where his considerable Engineering Skills could be utilized in various sectors. BBI MANAGEMENT TEAM Eng. Feras S. Mubarak our Chairman and Founder of Bluebridge International, by profession he is a Civil Engineer in the Construction and Building Industry and coordinates the overall Development of the Group’s activities in Kuwait the Middle East and South East Asia. Mr Finbar J. Charles is the Managing Director of Bluebridge International he started his career in the United Kingdom in 1978 with Horwood Catering Equipment in London and has been Consulting in Kuwait since 1989 at various levels and from that base he has been involved in several high profile Projects in Kuwait the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar. Mr Maurizio Spagna is the Technical Director of Bluebridge International and has over 25 years experience in Italy, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, his Local Team provide Interior Design and Fit out Consultancy services in Kuwait and Dubai for Hotels, Restaurants, Retail and Government Offices. Eng. Jassem Al Sarraj is the Business Development Manager for Bluebridge International for Hotel

and Office Building Projects, he has over 24 years experience as an Industrial Engineer in Kuwait. Khalid Elderbas is the Marine and Logistics Manager for Bluebridge International and has over 15

years experience in the field. Maria Rosario Charles is the Group Administration Manager of Bluebridge International and has

over 20 years experience Managing Projects in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Qatar. Marivic Paradero is the Group Logistics Manager of Bluebridge International and has over 14 years

experience Managing Projects in Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY DESIGN CONSULTANCY Our Consulting Team have the experience to design almost any type of Kitchen or Laundry facility and offer a range of Planning and Consultancy Service to suit the clients needs. We make a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the customers requirements in all aspects for Commercial Kitchen’s, Refrigeration Systems and Laundry Equipment In addition to the above, we provide Back of House Technical Services to Kitchen and Laundry Equipment Distributors with Design, Supervision and Technical back up to suit their customers requirements.

DELIVERABLES PHASE I - PRE DESIGN BRIEF Developing concepts, scope and style of the operation, establishing demand levels of operating hours, confirmation of products to be produced and production, initial equipment requirements related to the process, determine staff levels and develop design brief.

PHASE II - CONCEPTUAL DESIGN In consultation with the Client, Architect and other consultants, discuss the scheme parameters, develop conceptual plans for discussion, preparation of capital costs and prepare final detailed design brief and concepts.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY DESIGN CONSULTANCY DELIVERABLES PHASE III - SCHEMATIC DESIGN Discuss and develop alternative schemes, consult with local authorities, establish basic M.E.P. requirements, budget cost estimates for equipment and preparation of Schematic Design reports. PHASE IV - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Preparation of large scale plans and elevations of each area with equipment schedules and M.E.P. details, recommend and specify materials or work that may relate to Kitchen & Laundry areas, preparation of Pre-tender documents for equipment. PHASE V - CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION Administer the terms of the contract during site visits, inspect progress of work including offsite inspections, inspection of works on practical completion, organize demonstrations and staff training, preparation of technical manuals. PHASE VI - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Completion of clients specifications for equipment bid package, assemble and distribute documentation to selected companies, provide detailed analysis of the returned tenders.
