Registration fee for conference participants includes all program sessions, Cocktails and Dinners on Thursday and Friday as well as the luncheon on Friday. Registration fee for the spouses includes Cocktails and Dinners on Thursday and Friday, guided tours in Riga and Jurmala as well as the visit to the Museum and the luncheon on Friday. Cancellation of Registration: 75% of the fee of registration will be refunded if cancellation will be made in writing and received by DIS Baltikum by 30 April 2012. Cancellation after this date is not refundable. The registration may be transferred to another person if informed in writing (to the e-mail [email protected]) before the event. DIS Baltikum reserves the right to cancel the conference or change the content and time schedule of the conference as well as the identity of the speakers. In case of cancellation of the event, the delegates will receive the full refund. Travel and Accommodation: The participants shall do all the travel arrangements* and hotel booking on their own. Contingent amount of rooms with preferential rates are reserved for the conference participants and their spouses.
