Hosted the 4th annual NSCA North & South Dakota State Conference with KHP grad and undergraduate students from Briar Cliff University on October 16-17th, 2015 in Sioux Falls, SD. Completed first research project with Strider Bikes LLC with the assistance of undergraduate and grad students from Briar Cliff University. Collaborated with DPT faculty and community service providers to submit and receive 3 publication acceptances this academic calendar year (2015 – 2016).

Specific Administrative Appointments (University of South Dakota) Division Chair, HPER – KSS (2010 –2014) 1) Hired 8 new KSS tenure track faculty during the past 3 years (2011-14). The main focus was to improve the expertise of the Division as well as improving the diversity of the university. 2) Created name change from Health, PE, & Recreation into Kinesiology & Sport Science/Board of Regents approval in December 2010. 3) Two new specializations, Exercise Science and Sport Management were developed. I created the Exercise Science curriculum and Dr. Robin Ammon authored the Sport Management program. Both undergraduate and graduate curriculums were approved by the Board of Trustees in July 2011. 4) The new program enrollment began with 40 students and now is at or above 300 students in the Kinesiology & Sport Science Division within 2 calendar years. 5) Drafted new policies for graduate students’ admittance to reflect the increased rigor of the new curriculum and provided a new graduate student handbook to demonstrate these new standards. 6) The Exercise Science curriculum earned an approval by the National Strength & Conditioning Association in February 2012 as being an “Education Recognized Program” (2012-2015), one of only 35 universities in the country to earn this distinction by this internationally accredited organization. 7) Relocated the new Division from the Dakota Dome to Patterson Hall (June 2011) 8) Initiated and assisted in the development of the ‘state of the art’ Biomechanics Lab in Patterson Hall. 9) Increased KSS enrollment patterns by unilaterally authoring the following courses and staffing them with qualified adjuncts: HLTH 422/522, HLTH 103, HLTH 300, PE 180, PE 453, and PE 330. 10) Co-chaired the Standard IV NCATE committee which was successful this past March of reaccreditation of our Teacher Education program in the School of Education. 11) Co-created and implemented the very first KSS MA Sport Management online program which was approved by the BOR in May 2013. 12) Initiated and completed the affiliation agreement with CATZ Sports (May 2013) 26

13) Made over 40 physical visitations across the State of South Dakota to promote the new undergraduate and graduate programs during the past 18 months as well as 5 national trips to speak about the conversion process from HPER to KSS at Kinesiology conferences. 14) Hosted the 2nd annual North and South Dakota State NSCA Conference at the University of South Dakota on November 15-16th, 2013 in conjunction with the KSS club sponsorship to raise money for the undergraduate and graduate students. 15) Assisted with the 1st annual North-Central Regional NSCA Conference at the University of Northern Iowa on April 12-13th, 2014 and held the North & South Dakota State NSCA Advisory Board meetings. 16) Hosted the 3rd annual Nebraska, North & South Dakota NSCA Conference at the University of South Dakota on Dec 5-6 , 2014 in conjunction with the EXS club. th
