STAFFING & ADDITIONAL FEES STAFF Our professional staff, uniformed in black pants, white shirts, long ties and bistro aprons, are trained to our high service standard. Chefs: $45/hour Cooks: $25/hour Servers: $25/hour Bartenders: $35/hour Kitchen helpers: $15/hour *The staffing quote is dependent on the number of guests and complexity of menu.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE A 15% event administrative fee is applied to all parties. This fee covers menu planning, tastings, food & beverage delivery coordination, building of kitchen and stations, checking in all rentals, and all consultation during the planning process including meetings, phone calls, and correspondence. This fee also covers clean up and garbage removal post event.

RENTALS Rentals are not included in our pricing. We are happy to recommend vendors we have seamlessly worked with previously, and will gladly assist you in choosing your items. Certain kitchen equipment rentals may be required for off premise catering.

WEDDING PLANNING Although we do not offer full scale wedding planning, we work to make sure your table settings and stations are as you desire, and that the culinary timeline is followed. We are happy to recommend wedding planners we have worked with previously.
