Dear Cluster II Sorors: Come and experience the beautiful “Shades of Sisterhood…” at the 2013 Cluster II Leadership Conference. It is our Faith that will guide us safely, our Hope that will move us forward and our Love that will keep us bonded together. Zeta Omega Chapter welcomes you to join us at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wilmington North, in Claymont, Delaware on Saturday, October 26, 2013. Registration begins Monday, September 23, 2013, and will close Friday, October 18, 2013. Paper registration is available for a $10 processing fee. Chapter checks, certified checks or money orders are acceptable forms of payment. Personal checks will not be accepted. A $25.00 late fee will be charged for all registrations after October 18, 2013. There will be no on-site registration. All sorors are asked to wear the NAR jacket that was introduced at our North Atlantic Regional Conference. Jackets will be available for purchase at this Leadership Conference. Also, please bring your documents and a badge holder. General Registration Information Paper Forms Online

Sorors have two registration methods for the Cluster Conference: Complete and mail in the necessary forms included in this packet, by the deadline provided. NOTE: There is an additional processing fee of $10.00 for each paper registration. Go to www.akanorthatlantic.org, and click on Cluster Conferences 2013 to be directed to the online registration system. NOTE: You must have an email account to use this method. We encourage chapters to assist sorors who are unfamiliar with the World Wide Web, but would like to experience the ease of registering online.

 Registration will close on 10/18/2013. Registration materials postmarked after 10/18/2013 will NOT be processed.  There will be NO On-Site Registration.  Only financial Sorors may participate in conference activities. Neither financial nor non-financial Sorors may be guests of financial Sorors at the conference.  To insure that you will receive an email confirmation, please provide your e-mail address on the registration form or enter email on the online system. Please retain the email confirmation and bring it with you along with your CURRENT financial card to the conference check-in.  The registration fee includes two meals.  Sorors are asked to bring their individual name tag holder to the conference

There are several payment options available to register for the Cluster Conference Credit Card This payment option is only available to sorors who register via the online registration system. Chapter Check All Individual registration forms need to be included with the chapter check when mailed. For chapter sorors who would like to use the online registration system, they must select “check” as the method of payment when registering, AND a copy of their online confirmation must be included with the chapter check when mailed. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for a Returned Chapter Check. Money Order, or These forms of payment may be used if sorors would like to register online OR mail in the Certified/Cashier’s paper form. For sorors registering online, you must select “check” as the method of Check. payment, AND a copy of their online confirmation must be included with the payment when mailed.  PERSONAL CHECKS will NOT be accepted.  Please note that chapters and individual sorors who register online and choose to mail in their payment MUST still adhere to the postmarked deadline date. Payment must be postmarked by 10/18/2013 If payment is not postmarked by 10/18/2013, the online registration will be deleted from the system.  Refund request must be made in writing to the Registration Chairman, and postmarked no later than 10/18/2013. Refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the conference. A processing fee of $30.00 will be deducted from the refund.  Make check payable to: Alpha Kappa Alpha North Atlantic Region. In order to accommodate Sorors who wish to have lodging at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Claymont, DE on Friday, October 25, 2013, please call the hotel at (302) 792-2700. When making reservations, you may refer to the group “Alpha Kappa Alpha” rate. A block of rooms is being held, until Monday, October 7, 2013, at the rate of $ 99.00 per night plus tax. Group block names are under Cluster II Leadership.

As conference registration will begin promptly at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013 we encourage the overnight stay for Sorors who will travel a distance. Please be reminded, the conference is scheduled to conclude by 5:00 p.m. The agenda is quite comprehensive and we wish to execute the planned activities in a smooth, accommodating manner. Therefore, your timeliness is essential. Zeta Omega Chapter will work extremely hard to make sure that your visit to the Crowne Plaza Hotel is an enjoyable one.
